Do Not Hire! Very unreliable! We ended up firing this contractor. We were given a timeframe of 5 days to complete retiling of 2 bathrooms and installing a barn door. They contractors never worked a full day. There were constant excuses and the final day the workers showed up smelling of marijuana. They used our towel and ripped it. We understood there would be delays given our request to complete each bathroom separately. However, the work was crappy and not finished. Highly recommend not using this company at all. We are out almost $4K for this request. read more

You know she is straight up and will tell you what she want and how she want it done. If you couldn't do the job, I don't think you all should have taken it. It is also strange that you have pulled up some good reviews from months ago after you all messed up her job. I bet those were fake to get you all some business. I can't believe you all made up the lies about the vet exposing himself. He did require you all to clean up your mess, which was your job. You are not good at construction. Lack skill and professionalism... RUN! Please save yourself the headache and loss of your hard earned money. JDL (Jairo) is not as skilled and knowledgeable in home remodeling as they portray. You don't have to take my word for it, but the pics speak for themselves. Don't be fooled by the TikTok videos. I hired them for 3 projects. It has taken them almost 3 months to complete a small shower remodel when we were told it should take about a week and the job still wasn't complete when they left the job. Their work is very sloppy, many mistakes made due to inexperience, which caused several trips back to Lowes for supplies to try to fix the issue. They make changes to your project without your consent that goes against what was stated in the contract, in order to cut corners. They leave your job for week at a time, with no communication about what's going on. Requested a zero threshold walk-in shower. They piece milled tiles together that formed this weird hill to enter the shower. Stating that it is perfect for rolling in a wheelchair. We have holes in newly installed tile and were told they will cork it vs. replace it. Another example of inexperience. The shower entrance should have been slightly flush with the shower floor. After installing shower door, now we're told wheelchair unable to roll into shower. Bathroom remodel needed for a disabled vet and we were left hanging by JDL with a botched bathroom that is inoperable. Have to be pretty heartless to be in my home everyday, knowing our situation, and not have a sense of urgency to complete the job and ultimately leaving the job unfinished. Also, paid for my pergola to be fixed. When I hadn't been hearing from them, I contacted Indiana to ask about pergola getting fixed because I already paid them for that project. She avoided my calls and texts. So they ran off with my money with no intentions of completing the work. Never heard a word about the lies being told now in reference to nudity until I continued to press about completion date. They were in over their head and found a way out of contract. There were no employees working on job since very beginning bc they couldn't afford to continue paying them due to losing a big contract. Jairo and Indiana basically worked alone on bathroom. Even if lies were true, doesn't justify sloppy work. If you want something simple done, like redoing shutters on a house or painting a door, maybe they can handle that task, but do not trust them with anything else if you value your home. read more
