I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. I was very impressed with their service. The technician came out and was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and how each item he was using worked.
