He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. The first week we moved in, there were ants in one closet, the living room, all over the kitchen, and two ant farm mounds in my garage ...I didn't even know ants could do that. My father owns a real estate company and I asked him what to do. He suggested Rid-a-Pest. He uses RAP at all of his properties. I called them and started an interior/exterior routine service. I was very impressed with their service. The technician came out and was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and how each item he was using worked. The very next day, the ants and all the other minor bugs were completely gone. It's been a week and I still haven't seen any.

Every time I call, they say I paid for an outdoor package and I absolutely DID NOT!!! I don't care about the outdoors. I care about bugs IN MY HOUSE!!! They do the outside and charge my card. I call and make them come back and spray indoors. Each time, they say I paid for an outdoor package which I dispute each time. I call and set up my appointment and they send me a notice that they are coming 5 days before my schedule appointment, which I have an appointment on that date and I will not be there to let them in. Every time, I contact Mike, per his request. And he does nothing to help the situation. He tells me that I am the only one that is having these problems. What? Is that suppose to make it better??? I am only sticking it out because, if I don't, they are going to charge me a WHOPPING $249 in cancellation fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
