Additionally, she didn't even do the drawing which I paid the $25 dollar drawing fee for. The artist never got in touch with me herself and no one made any attempts to reschedule. I scheduled a time to come in and pick up my refund with the office manager. When I went in the person at the desk had no idea I was coming and had no cash. I needed to wait nearly half an hour for the office manager to come in with my refund, to which she gave me the wrong amount. Thank God I had my receipt.
