My husband gets acupuncture from him and since I hate being "cracked" He uses an activator to adjust my back & neck. He does much more to help our bodies. The billing department can't even bill insurance properly and expect you to pay for their mistakes in billing. If you truly want pain relief and NOT a pain find another clinic. Anywhere!

Then she said she sent a text. I confirmed my number and checked but there is no record of any call or text. Then I asked if she tried to call my emergency contact number but she said she didn't think of that. Wow. This place is a joke. Skill level of receptionist =ZERO below is the only text I received.

The therapy he performed on me, caused me a lot of pain. I told him about it and asked him why he did that to me. He said it was necessary to crack that knee so it didn't get stiff. I suggested to him that using a lot of force wasn't necessary. And he basically told me that in his training this was the way it was done. Other therapist in the office who worked with me treated me with much more care and kindness. I think Kyle should be knocked down a notch on his attitude!
