Totally disgusted. Once again, I am being billed in spite of the fact that my insurance says I owe…read morenothing. Last time, they pursued payment over the course of a year. I felt like I was being harassed. I was on a first name basis with all the advocates at my insurance company. Yes, I did also repeatedly attempt to resolve the issue with the doctors' billing department. (Good luck with that.) They usually did not answer the phone or respond to messages. When they did, they were adamant that they were entitled to payment. They would not contact my insurance. (That would require exertion, interest, and professionalism! It's easy to just send bills.) Since it was being escalated, my insurance certainly did contact them. The billing department seemed to have the philosophy that they would wear me down into paying. To the person saying the doctors are busy: we are all busy. Also, they are not too busy to protect their interests. Maybe you should read all the "fine print".

I have been in customer service my entire career and I pay extra attention to not only how I am treated, but how their staff is talking to and treating others in the office as well. The ladies at Prima Bella Women's Health are very compassionate, accommodating and always a pleasure to speak with. They remember you by name and always great you with a smile on their face. Dr. Jones, her two midwives and her staff go above and beyond to not only meet, but to exceed their client's expectations. I have had the best experience with their team and I am just beyond thrilled to be a patient at their practice.

Sometimes his office gets a little backed up but after all he does deliver babies and they don't follow any schedule! If you don't want to wait all you have to do is call before you go to see if the Dr. is really behind and his office is more than willing to reschedule you. This is an awesome place.
