My visits here are usually uneventful, which I actually like because bank visits are one of those "get in, get out" preferred situations for me. Today I had two tellers helping me. Kobe (the Head Teller) and another teller who I'm assuming was in training since Kobe was walking him through what I needed. Totally fine by me, I'm always pro professional development. Overall, service was quick and efficient which I appreciate. Things only got a little chaotic near the end when another customer became unhappy with her teller and started getting loud. At that point it was hard to hear my tellers when they were speaking to me, which was a bit distracting and annoying because communication can still occur with a decent tone of voice. read more

I absolutely love this Credit Union. Everyone is inviting and helpful. I like how you can walk right in and see tellers, but you can also sign into the smart pad to request other services directly from advisors. They have an advanced automated ATM which accepts all types of deposits. You can have any deposited checks printed on the receipt as well. I'm happy to have this bank local and would highly recommend it to anyone for just about any financial reason. The ONLY downfall is the extremely tight drive-thru tellers and rear ATM. Larger vehicles should use the front ATM. The parking lot is huge. The grounds are well kept. read more

Been banking at JDCU for 15 years and I love it and recommend it. I love the renovation that was done to this particular building. It's conveniently near my home also. I even kept this bank when I moved across the country for a year. My only qualm is that there aren't more branches. Thanks! read more

I feel this credit union is incredibly insensitive to their clients. I needed to issue a stop payment ( I switched insurance agencies as I moved out of state and the old insurance agent couldn't guarantee that their third party EFT would or would no go through on the original date our auto-pay was set up and they suggested issuing a stop payment). Instead of CONVENIENTLY sending me a DocuSign for an electronic signature request (which is safe and secure and can be set up with password protection by the way).. they want me to leave my office, to print out the form they are sending me, and go to the post office to mail it back to them. If I had time to do al that, I would just GO into the branch and do it in person. But I work- A LOT. and that's not possible. I think it's time I take my business else where. read more

Best bank around. Hours are a bit inconvenient but they are worth it otherwise. Never had any problems with the staff. They are always friendly and helpful when I have a question. Their wait system is electronic and makes it very organized and efficient. I recently opened a new savings account with them and love that there is no minimum. I can take out what I need, as a student, for emergencies. This makes it easier not to have to worry about how much I have in case I do need it for some reason. ATM has always worked for me with no problems whatsoever. As for the hours, I'm not really a fan. However the ATM is always open which makes up for it. And if you look at the schedule it's not hard to see when they're open- no wasted time if you already know!! I only wish more businesses had family friendly hours for their staff.
