I dropped off a pair of pants I purchased over a year ago...ugh...no sense of urgency here. When I received the pants (Zulily) they were just way to long for me. I sort of put off the hemming then winter came and etc. The gentleman that took the pants said he thought it would be about $13.00 but would have to check with the seamstress. I did get a call back later saying it would be $17.00. That was fine with me. At this point I would just like to wear them a few times before summer is over. Now you might think $17.00 is a little pricey for hemming and ordinarily I would agree, but these pants are a stretchy material and they are very wide bottom legs. I feel like these pants are a throw back to the 70's, so you get the picture. I picked the pants up and they were hemmed perfectly. No bunching of the material, perfect hemming. Oh, did I mention that these pants are all black except the tie dye trim at the bottom where they were hemmed. Awesome! I know I will be hearing the BeeGee's and Donna Summer while I wear these pants. read more

Great cleaners and very friendly. Have been using them for about a year and I've given them suits, dress shirts, khakis, ties and jackets. They've never messed up a single garment, each garment has been perfectly cleaned and they have never missed a stain. I had to take off 1 star because as a bigger guy, I tend to buy stuff that needs to be hemmed a little bit. I took my clothes there for several years and was satisfied with the service. The owner (Jennie) was always warm and friendly. I became perturbed when picking up my dry cleaning I noticed that my tie was still stained. I spoke with the husband and asked about the stain. He stated that they were unable to remove it but still charged me. So, you weren't able to get the stain out and you're charging me for the 'cleaning'? Extremely disappointed with this cleaner. After bringing my clothes here for YEARS, I brought in an expensive item that was completely ruined when it was cleaned. Instead of offering a discount or being apologetic, they claimed the shirt was old and that I was being dishonest about buying it recently l and told me to take it back to the store. This is not how you treat repeat customers, or customers in general for that matter. To make matters worse, they then turned away my family members cleaning as they claimed they were now uncomfortable serving us. Nothing but excuses and attitude. I gave them 4 shirts and came back after the date on the receipt to find out that they "mistakenly" gave my shirts to another customer because he has a similar name!! They promised to contact the customer and get my shirts back within a couple of days. After three attempts and about two weeks, I get my shirts obviously worn and dirty and above all they wanted to charge me!!!! They didn't even bother clean the shirts. The absolute worst service. They kept saying it's just a mistake as if I should feel sorry for them. Definitely will never wear those shirts again and will never deal with such blatant disregard for any type of responsible behavior. Will file a complaint with consumer affairs. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am never one to post but I am so disgusted on how some businesses and people are. I dropped off a brand new $75 dollar dress shirt to be cleaned and laundered. I picked up my clothes and about 3-4 weeks later went to put my shirt on when I noticed a black melted stain on the back of the shirt. I went into the cleaners and told them what I saw and they replied accusing me of lying and that i did not bring the shirt to their store even though when they checked my name in their machine it was brought in 3 weeks before . They told me they could not do anything for me and that I should "bring it to the place I first brought it to". Terrible customer service. They didnt give the cloth on time as they put on your reciept. It happened twice to us already. The lady who own the store was no polite at all when this happened. She even said it is ok no to give out the cloth on time!! Not sure how to talj with this Korean lady. She seems hard to communicate. We have been here over an year and were surprised she said so. This place has the worst customer service. I use them occasionally for dry cleaning and recently brought in an item that I really cherish. When I go in to pick the item up, I see that the logo for the clothing has come off. Honestly, it wasn't a cheap piece of clothing either, it was $200+. SO, I asked the person at the counter how this could have happened. It's clear that the clothing was overheated. (Not sure how the dry cleaning actually works but.. anyway). The person decides to tell me that I've brought in a fake and that I should complain to the clothing company.. (uhh what?). First of all, that's not how a person should even come about the situation- trying to defend themselves when it's clearly their fault. Also, they had the nerves to tell me why are you complaining over an item like this. Apparently the brand that I brought in is not worth their time. I guess I have to bring in a Hermes or a Chanel for them to really care. It's not even the fact that they looked down on me BUT its the way they approached this situation that REALLY disgusts me. In the end I asked, is this how you treat all your customers and the person tells me to be quiet and stop creating a scene and to just file a claim... (Seriously.. SMH). read more
