How nasty and angry reply and even mentioned my kids by using F words from the business owner which proved clearly he doing and saying whatever he wants. Really not recommend to go to this store cuz you are maybe the next one. Seems like as a customer, I cannot complain the unclear and hidden fee even after following what he told me to: 1. Pick up clothes - I already said to him I could come back the other day cuz the store was closed but he said "it's ok". Otherwise, I'd come back the other day, not a big deal. 2. I paid whatever late fee he said so at the store but he replied F word to my complain and my kids. Again, there is no late pick up policy (latest pick up date, late pick up fee and late pick up percentages ) of the store policy on the receipt and verbal. Customer would not know it and customer has right to complain. If nothing clear, should not request late fee to your customers and that considers a hidden fee. That's the point I made a bad review. read more

Overall, great customer service and friendly staff. Though the tailor doesn't speak English, the front staff helped me with translating into Cantonese. Don't worry, you don't have to speak Chinese to get great service! I had my dress pants tailored here for $53. Had the waist brought in, tapered and hemmed for this price. They do the tailoring in 2 sessions, where you come in between to make sure the taper fits well, then hem afterwards. I still brought it in, hoping they may have some patches. Despite the store being very busy, both him and another person that worked there kindly went into detail about patches I could buy so I would have the best possible outcome. But also being realistic that other areas of the pleather were starting to show wear and would rip as I used my shoulder bag more. I appreciate the time they took and their expertise on the matter. The nicest family. They're super busy! There usually is 1-2 customers dropping off or picking up whenever I am there. I have gotten several coat sleeves and pants altered there as well and have been very happy. I brought in a pair of yoga leggings and they were upfront with me that it would not achieve the look that I wanted due to the fabric. Their computer system is a plus because the receipts are helpful for me to remember when I need to pick up my items. No complaints about the quality of the cleaning! Big thumbs up. read more

I usually don't have to get anything tailored but had a bridesmaid dress to trim off by not even an inch, didn't have to tuck it in or anything else, didn't have to trim the lining--it was just the outside layer of the dress. And again, I usually don't have to get anything tailored so I agreed to the price of $45 b/c they insisted it was more expensive elsewhere due to the material, which later I found out wasn't the case. On top of it all, I gave them more than enough time of 4 weeks so it wasn't like I was asking for an expedited service. Even at that point, fine they must ask for a hefty price for the quality and customer service. A couple days after the fitting, I decided to change the shoe which had a difference of an inch in heel height as the original shoe didn't match the color of the dress as intended. I called, they said no problem. When I arrived, the tailor gave me the worst stink about it, it actually made me feel very uncomfortable. Huffing and puffing through the whole ordeal. I actually took my boyfriend who spoke their language and he ended up asking me if I did something for the tailor to be so upset. But the only thing I did was to get refitted because of the change of shoes. (Still with 3.5 weeks left) Needless to say, I won't be revisiting here. Windsor Park Cleaners is a lovely family business with excellent service and affordability. They basically did all the alterations & cleaning for my husband & I for our recent wedding, and did a fantastic job on everything! I bought a size 10 sample for a wedding dress even though I am a size 2 - on the sales lady's insistence that altering it would be no problem. I called up a few bridal places, and starting price for alterations was $350+, which freaked me out because I was on a budget. I had never come to Windsor Park Cleaners before, but took a gamble and got fitted for alterations. The dress had to be taken in about 8 INCHES, and shortened which was a LOT of work for the poor tailor, but he was very gracious and was very invested in doing a good job and helping me look good for my wedding. He was very conscientious, explaining the pluses and minuses of each alteration detail & decision to ensure that I'd be satisfied with the result. He was a complete life saver - my dress fit like a glove, and looked fantastic! No one could tell it used to be a size 10 :P We took my husband's wedding suit set to get altered as well - they did a good job on that too. We also got my qi pao dress dry cleaned (I was wearing it for the wedding reception). It had tough old yellowish stains on it from when my sister wore it for her wedding 11 years prior, but they were able to get out almost all of it. Everyone I've met at Windsor Park Cleaners is very friendly and pleasant and easy to work with. The tailor speaks Mandarin & Cantonese, but his son in law and daughter speak perfect English and can translate if needed. I needed a tuxedo jacket adjusted to shorten the arms, needed to have the pants taken at the waist and leg to make this baby fit like a glove. I drop it off on Wednesday afternoon, tight deadline as i needed to pick it up Saturday, for a sunday wedding. Danny made it seamless, he offered advised on what could be adjusted and the pro's and con's of customizing the tuxedo to fit properly. It was funny because i was at Century 21 shopping for the tuxedo at the very last minute. I remeber calling him and asking if he would be able to customized the tux to my measurements. 3 days later the tux was ready and the tux has a fit as if it was a custom made fit. Brought my coat here for dry cleaning. There was a large ink stain on the front chest pocket that was rather unsightly. The employee said he couldn't make any guarantees but he would try his best to remove it. When I came back to pick up my coat, the ink stain was essentially gone. I've done my research before picking a suitable/ well reviewed place to get my bridesmaid's dress altered and it fell flat (to say the least). The dress is a heavily embroidered Indian gown with jewels and beads - the whole shebang- and 3 sizes too big. I needed the shoulder straps shorten and the waist taken in a lot. The first visit was fine - they had all the places tucked, pinned and marked. Perfect. The pickup was scheduled for April 5th (which gave them over 3 weeks to alter). I dropped by on April 7th and the dress wasn't touched - at all. Nothing was done. They gave me the not-so-original run around stating that they were busy (okaaaay......) and they were unable to give me an ETA. I dropped by a week later and the dress was hanging from the same place still UNTOUCHED (and collecting dust). But this time, they promised me a date. On D-day- i should have known better- it looked like the tailor spent 15 mins butchering up the straps and sewing them back lopsided (now, one of the arm holes was too small and digging into my skin). Also, the waist was barely touched (if at all) because I can grab handful of extra fabrics on BOTH sides - just like the first day @ the cleaners! The final punch line from the tailor "do you want us to take the waist in a little more?". YOU THINK? If you are a professional tailor, don't you have eyes to see the gown doesn't FIT! You should be ashamed of your workmanship! A month and a half wasted! read more
