I've been to Yuma three times previously and find food here MEH. Going by other Yelpers, this morning @06:00 I dropped in to an empty Jector's and ordered chorizo & egg burrito to go. Cashier was polite, curteous and professional. Order was cooked to order very quickly. Burrtio is a good size large with lots of lip smacking flavor. Definately a must eat again. Flour tortilla was fresh with the right chew, but I wish it had some char from sitting on a flat top or over open flame. That would be the cherry and take the burrito over the top, not that it's already pretty close to it.. If you like watery spicy salsa/hot sauce then you will like Jector's. Visited on 4/15 and 4/17 with 3 kids and 2 adults. The place itself is a tiny shop and looks family-owned. Both times we went we saw the same people behind the counter. We ordered 4 burritos and 5 drinks and it cost $19.50 each time. Burritos are extremely hot when they come out! -My husband recommends The Ultimate breakfast burrito -Myself and my kids loved the potatoes, spam and egg burrito -My husband said the hot sauce was good too -Burritos itself are huge! CONS: -Place is small, so if you're in a big group you may not sit at the same table or beside each other. Fantastic breakfast burritos. I have the green chili breakfast burrito. The tortilla with the chili was delicious had plenty of meat decent flavor it was spicy but not over-the-top hot. It was all wrapped up in a delicious hot fresh tortilla. I wish they had better drink choices and maybe a little different seating arrangements but other than that this is my go to breakfast burrito place in Yuma. read more

You get your food hot that is what stands out the most to me. I had the Carne Asado Burrito, it arrived to the table to hot to hold in my hand. The burrito was ground steak not grilled strips like San Diego serves, also there was some cabbage and beans. Great place to get a breakfast burrito! Accepts only cash so make sure you bring some! I normally dont carry cash on me but I usually stop by a gas station and pick up a drink and do the cash back before heading over to Jectors. I've been to both locations and have had same great experience and food from both. I order the same thing every time I need to get my BB fix and they deliver the goods hot'n'fresh every time YUM!
