I've been taking all three of my animals to JeePee's for a long time now. The cat I bring in on a quarterly basis and my dogs both go monthly. We have a short haired and a long haired dog both going and both are special needs cases. Baymax is a 9y/o short haired 3 legged beagle / rotty dog who craves the attention.. A full spaw with gals at JeePee's and his mood is set to all pawsitive for days. We have a long haired sheep-a-doodle, Peaches, who is just over a year old. We've been taking her to see Hannah since she was old enough to go to the groomers. Peaches always comes out happy and excited and looking fabulous . So much so that we've committed to only seeing Hannah for our sheepadoodle needs. Kitty is a long haired cat who is very much a dog at heart. I took her in today looking like a shaggy cat and brought her home looking like an amazing house panther. Super impressed as always with the work these girls do with our animals.. Bravo Gabby. Jeepee's Spaw is truly a 5-star operation from head to tail! This was our first time experiencing the joys of Jeepee's, who came highly recommended by our wonderful vet, Dr. Gillen, of Orange Park Animal Hospital (whom we also love). From the moment we walked in the door, our little princess Sadie felt right at home, which I have never seen in her entire 8 years! Everyone was friendly and informative, and they listened closely to our pretty specific requests regarding her grooming needs. When we picked her up, we were delighted by what we saw! We had brought her in looking pretty neglected (due to my broken foot), and we picked up a little angel. We got a full review of her Spaw experience, and they informed me they took copious notes so they would know how to groom her next time. Yes, there will be a next time. I can say genuinely without a doubt that Sadie and I definitely give Jeepee's 5 paws up and they will be our groomers for life! read more

I brought my sweet Lola Bella in today, it had been over 3 months since her last groomer said she couldn't groom her because she became very anxious (she also cut her ear) from my first call to JeePees Spaw I was put at ease being reassured they could groom my li old lady (15 years old). I took her in at 8am. the facility is clean and staff very friendly. the owner took her with great gentleness and care. she spent some time asking questions and establishing a bond with Lola as she held her. I her up at 10am and there Lola sat on a big fluffy pillow. she wasn't shaking or crying. I was told she behaved very well and did not experience any issues. I can't say enough about JeePee's Spaw. Nimsay was the first to ever groom my dog and when I found her again at her own place, I was so grateful. She truly is an expert in the field and expects nothing less than high quality from those who work for her as well. She is loving, and genuinely cares for every single animal that walks through her doors. Her staff is friendly, always willing to learn and help, and my dogs just adore her. We had previously had bad experiences at past groomers because my dog is afraid of the brush. Nimsay totally transformed him. She got him on a grooming schedule and with a lot of TLC and patience, he LOVES going now. I'm even moving and commuting just so they maintain their relationship with her. consistently EXCELLENT care and spa service for my two sheepadoodles. I've owned large dogs, always. It is always challenging to find a groomer who is not only a qualified, knowledgeable and interested in doing a good job but also a good human who will not mistreat your animal when no one is watching. I've tried every grooming business model that I could find - large corporation, small mom and pop shops, mobile grooming, groomers who are part of a vet's office, retired groomers who work from home...this shop is professionally run, the groomers are smart, qualified, creative and genuine. You won't find better for your fur baby. The only reason I haven't left a review sooner is totally selfish. If everyone else goes, it's difficult to get my babies in!! read more

I called this morning and they worked us in for same day. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My dog looked and smelled amazing and he was still happy even after. We're so glad we gave JeePee's a try! Our "screaming Shiba Inu" HATES to have his paws touched. The staff at JeePee's understands. They work quickly and competently, reassuring him all along the way. The process takes them less than 10 minutes. We used to take him to the vet, where we had to sit on the floor and hold him in our lap while the tech attempted to clip his nails. At JeePee's, they stand him on the table, fasten the "cone of shame" on him and one tech hugs him tightly while the owner uses a grinder for his "pawdicure." Yes, he still screams, but it's over quickly and painlessly. (And if you've never heard a Shiba scream...search for it on YouTube - but turn your volume down before you press "play"! ) read more

I just love JeePee's! My dog Bowser does too. They're so good to him. I love how they take their time with my baby and worked with him when he wasn't the most comfortable with getting groomed. They also went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable when he gets his nails trimmed. Every time I drop him off he's always met with love and care. Bowser can be super energetic at times and they always handle him with such ease. He also always smells amazing and his coat looks phenomenal. We get so many compliments on how shiny his coat is. ABSOLUTELY LOVE JeePee's Spaw, and so does my best girl Sascha!! I know I'm biased, but she truly is the BEST Bully ever and I love to see her treated with such love and affection as she makes her way around the lovely ladies giving kisses, smiles and tail wags. I can not say enough about JeePee Spaw and all of their employees. They love and treat your babies like they are their own. Their work shows how they are truly passionate about what they do. My baby had an unfortunate accident and have some nerve damage resulting in a loss of use to his paw. Today was my puppy's first spaw treatment I was worried she would be a handful but Nimsay assured me she will go by what my pup was comfortable with and I'm so happy. They are fire They are so gentle with my Teddy-bear girl. She's a pandemic girl and very shy of strangers. Hannah is the only groomer that Tedii has ever willingly gone to. She's treated so well hear in a completely relaxing atmosphere. Hannah is so good to hear she even takes her on break with her at times.
