The agreement was that the home loan would stay under my loan, but Enlight would make my house payment for up to 6 months while they got it ready to sell or rent. None of that happened! I moved out Now, as a result of this, I have a lease for my new home as well as my mortgage payment for the home I moved out of! Enlight didn't show up to closing and they didn't give me any reason why any report that they were not closing. I have now had to pay $5000 to "trash out" the home so I can sell it on the market. I am also paying for 2 house payments until my home sells. This is a predatory and destructive practice! I have filed reports with the FTC, FINCEN, and every whistleblowing reporting outlet I can think of. Maybe Gephart needs to report! I'll reach out!
