They've also made up reasons to deny other claims (for example, my cat broke his jaw and needed dental surgery, but they erroneously claim this is a dental cleaning, so it's not covered). I'm stuck with this insurance though because my pets are now seniors and have gotten medical conditions over the years. I have a different pet insurance company for two of my other pets, and they're wonderful. There's never any drama, and I've never had issues before. PetPremium is trash, and I regret signing up with them.
