DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have purchased a couple cars from Weathers and each time i am left frustated and disappointed. I experienced unresolved issues and poor service. Within a week of purchasing my Jeep i noticed steering issues and when i took it back i wash charged for repairs of existing issues that were there prior to purchase. On another visit, i brought my car in because it was cutting of on me and giving a false message of overheating. I was charged a diagnostic fee and told they could not find an issue and sure enough the next day my car died. It was the battery the whole time and they admitted they never checked my battery. They refused me a refund and Bill laughed at my frustation. After three visits, I was repeatedly given uncertain explanations with no clear answers. This dealership is a scam, they lack accountability, thorough diagnostics, and customer care. I strongly recommend you go anywhere else. read more

To all my friends and extended family, I'm giving you an honest word of advice, DO NOTdo business with Weathers Motors , I bought my new truck in January with the promise if a second key. NEVER GOT, and they have still yet to call me about the missing button they ordered for my panel. THEREFORE, I will be submitting a bill to them for almost 175.00 for my secondary key that I had to order from Thomas, after they said theyd get me one for FREE. They're service department has yet to call me in regards to any if this, and now the truck needs service again due to another issue, BUT SINCE THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO UNLOCK THE RADIO SCREEN, of course we fixed it after WATCHING YOUTUBE, and was back up and running in less than 24 hours, DO NOT TRUST THEM, SPEND A DIME CAUSE THEYLL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING AND THEN IGNORE YOU LIKE THE PLAGUE. BBB is being notified as well!!! I will also report the business to everywhere else , they made me wait long enough and you're ignorance isn't bliss!!! I have been buying my cars here for 48 years. When I left the area for awhile I waited to get back to buy another car here. I bought one truck, one time, from another dealer who, 24 hours after I bought it and went back for repair offered me 50/50 which cost more than paying 100% at Weathers. It is possible for something to slip through for someone but Weathers is the most trusted and reputable dealer ever. Period. There is a reason they have been in one location since 1922. I broke down in beautiful Media, PA 1200 miles from home needing a transmission for my 2000 Cadillac Crapille. Bob (Weather's service manager) had a warranted refurbished transmission installed in 5 days for a very fair $2800. He also repaired other minor things like bulbs and coolant flushing for no charge. Being stuck so far from home makes you vulnerable and ripe to be screwed by mechanics. Instead, I have to figure out how to get my car to Weathers from Florida the next time I break down. Just 2 weeks ago I got into my first accident and the blessing is that no one was injured; the unfortunate side was that my beloved car was a total loss. It took me a week before I was ready to actually go out and look/test drive cars (*I spent a lot of time online researching cars/years/car dealers nearby/ wanted to make sure I didn't rush into anything.). The first and only spot I went to was Weathers Motors. I was referred to Weathers by several family friends, and from my entire experience I can see why they've gotten such high praise! I knew after 20 minutes talking with the entire team, including the owner, that I was going to buy a car through them; even if none of the cars on their lot suited me, I would've waited and trusted they'd find a perfect match. The warm atmosphere, personable and thorough approach took away my anxiety and stress of buying a car. They aren't only in sales, they service cars as well. From my time there and impression, I really sensed how well they take care of their clients' needs; it was obvious how above and beyond they would go to surpass satisfaction! I actually look forward to whenever I need to bring my car in, and I don't think I've ever felt that way before :) It's been great getting to know each member of the Weathers Motors team - aside from business aspect of car sales, information/detail, and customer service ~ I have to add what great conversations/stories we all exchanged one week! On a leisurely Sunday drive through the country, we suddenly smelled oil. I thought another passing car had been burning oil. But this was followed by an intermittent clattering and red oil light. Pulled off and called for a tow truck. Called Weathers to explain this drop off and symptoms. Service could not promise a fix today. But, I got a call at 2 PM explaining what had happened and that the car was ready. Defective oil filter seal. They had done the oil change 4 months earlier, and charged me nothing because of the part failing. I am immensely happy with them. read more

From my first phone call to him inquiring about the car to my actual visit to the dealer, and finally the actual purchase, it was a pleasure! I was able to take my time with the test drive and Paul made it very clear that he was most interested in me being satisfied with my purchase than he was with me buying a car from him. BEWARE ! Never ever ever purchase a vehicle from here !!! I purchased one 7 days ago, on the 5th day since, the vehicle my "new"car was making noises. I got it checked only to find out there was a problem with the axle. I was given a rental for one day, and was told I needed to bring the rental back after 24hrs. My car was not even serviced by one of there mechanics, who told me it's okay to drive with a messed up axle, and finally gave an appointment for two weeks later. Went there to find a vehicle for my daughter with a check in hand, which I did and the staff was nice. However, once down to business the manager tried to lowball me on my trade-in a few thousand less than KBB and that really pissed me off. I did my homework. I left the dealership. I even called back later because my wife and I liked the car and wanted a better explanation, and got only excuses and pushed the blame on the wholesaler. Then found out they were not negotiating vehicle price when the total price was given to me. They lost a sale that day and possibly another in a few months for our son. Very disappointed. read more

My experience with Weather motors was abysmal. I walked in there to buy a used car. Before i walked into the dealership i walked the lot to see if i liked any cars and only after that i walked in. After i walked in to the dealership in spite of at least 4 to 5 sales man not even one of them asked me if i needed any help. they saw that i was not leaving and after almost 10 to 15 minutes one person decided to help me. he asked for my budget and after i told him that he flatly said they don't have any cars for that. Believe me my budget was not very low or anything like that it was around 10 to 15 K for an used car. After a few minutes he repeated the same thing and he looked at his inventory and said the same thing. i felt totally unwelcome and i drove a few blocks and spent my money in glen mills Toyota dealership. read more
