I'm in complete shock how unprofessionally and total disregard we've been shown especially when we were referred to this company. Numerous emails and phone calls have been ignore. I even stopped by the office and of course the bookkeeper was out "sick". I was given no reassurance by the owner or staff that my concerns would be addressed. Due to this, I'm left scrambling on how I'm going to get my bookkeeping and taxes done when I was told thing were being taken care. I trusted them and now I'm stressed and left out to dry.
