Michelle M. Lagenour Set up my insurance policy and was not transparent when doing so . I contacted her several times through email, text message and phone to resolve my issue and was ignored . I was told I would be called back several times and was never called back . When signing up I was told the amount I paid included my first month's bill and I made it very clear on what date I could make my payments every month. I signed up November 21st and was not expecting a bill until December 21st. I received a text message saying my first months bill was due December 11th which is before what I had agreed on and not a full month of insurance. When I tried to resolve this with her instead of trying to fix the issue she suggested I just pay a late fee every month for her error. When I told her I would not agree to that she said she would speak to the manager of the insurance company Monday to resolve this to get my payment moved to what I had agreed on .I have not received a call back from her and it is now Thursday and I am being avoided .She briefly answered the phone yesterday and said she was in a meeting and would call me right back and did not . I sent her a text about a hour later and could see she viewed it and was just ignoring me. Very unprofessional. read more

I was charged more than my policy cost in broker's fees, and when trying to dispute it they hung up on me mid sentence. Twice. And it's not like I was being rude and got hung up on, I literally only got one sentence in both times. Most Horrible company i have ever dealt with. I simply wanted to add a vehicle and take old one off because i traded it in, they wanted to charge me $100 to simply to make the change. I walked out of the office and basically said they were full of shit. I called corporate to complain to which they refurred me to the Trinity Park way office, well after looking for it for 30 minutes i found out it had closed down. Called corperate back to let them know they need to work on getting it together and the lady i talked to hung up on me. This place is a broker ! Recently found out my driver's license was suspended for a traffic accident I had several years ago when someone hit me and I had no insurance at the time. I came in for an sr-22, but had no idea about what this was and I was very stressed out about it. I worked with the branch manager, Doneatha Ruvalcuba. She spent the time with me explaining what the was going on and walked me through the whole process. She was very patient, kind, and informative. She reassured me that I would not have any issues at the DMV regarding having my license taken off suspension. And, I did not have any issues at the DMV. I feel I got a very reasonable deal on the sr-22. And, she was very adamant about if I had any other questions s or issues to call or come see her anytime. Sales reps seem to want to just get as much money out of you as possible. The whole process is tedious and designed to lure in people that just are not familiar with the insurance landscape. I had a very positive experience at this Freeway location; the associates and the manager, Anthony, are super friendly, quick, and helpful. I told them I wanted the basic coverage and they made sure I understood my policy and helped me add uninsured motorists to further protect me. Even with the additional coverage, they still managed to help me save on my insurance premiums. I used to have State Farm paying $500 more a year. Simply put, they were thorough and efficient. Their online quotes aren't accurate. Don't bother filling out the online application. You'll have to do it again over the phone. Matter of fact, just go in person. Doing it over the phone and online is a hassle. I was charged on my card and I still haven't finished the process yet. It's been 2 days going on 3. I was emailed over documents. I filled them out and emailed them back. The associate working with me says she didn't get all the documents. I resent them to her multiple times and haven't heard back since. I really don't like this place I should have known, I mean they are affiliated with "cost u less insurance" after all. I went just to get liability insurance I called ahead of time to get a quote. They asked me for the year and make of vehicles as everyone knows that's expected so they said $40 a month for both. And I went in to sign up. The manager assisted me. What I don't get is that when it was time to pay he said the total was $193.00 I said "um. Wait a minute let me make a phone call" He's like where are you calling I said to be honest that's too much money for me I will call to get a quote at this other place I used to go to. Then he said let me talk to my manager of he could lower te price he went then came back and said can you pay $150 I still wasn't sure. Then he's like how much do you have? I said I have $100 with me today. I had more just not willing to pay that cheap Insurance that much. Then he's like okay how about $120? And you're all set. I'm like okay how did he go from $193 to $150 to $120 in less than 5 minutes. Sounds like they're just trying to rip people off if they can.
