He answered all my questions. We also ordered 2 twin size Today mattress for my daughters. This is also a very good quality mattress and affordable. However, the room is also practical for our fur baby's nails and shedding. . As much as I love the room, I loved her approach to customer service and design even more. Diana led me thru all my options from the clearance room to a beautiful leather sofa. She asked questions and took the time to listen to my needs. She immediately understood my requirements since she also has a fur baby. The experience was more comfortable and just as creative as my experiences with other expensive designers. She presented several creative options and gave me the tools and space to select one that reflects our personalities and taste. AND .... the design service at Bassett is FREE. I did select the most expensive option, but I did on my terms and without feeling buyer's remorse by a high-pressure situation. A high-pressure salesperson is a major turn off to me and especially my husband, even though we had a generous budget. High pressure sales drove us away from another store directly into Diana's arms. What a blessing! I don't normally take the time to write reviews, however Diana is worth it. I almost don't want to share her with the world because now I'm ready to do our master bedroom : )

Very disappointed at the lack of customer service. They call them designers when they should just…read morecall them sales people. Purchased $8000 in bedroom set and was advised it would take 6 to 7 weeks. Called after 8 weeks and was told it was in the shipping process call back it 2 weeks. Why??? the sales people do not follow up on their orders they expect the customer to as they already have your money and their on to the next victim. After following up with sales person several times we finally went back 11 weeks later to the store and talked to the manager and was told one of the dressers had changes their skew number and was order never completed. They have a no refund policy and nothing we could do. Manager agreed to have the other pieces delivered and when the last piece came in they would deliver it. Three weeks later they delivered the remaining dresser. They also use a 3rd party delivery company, one was on his phone talking to someone the whole time and thru away the center leg for the dresser and luckily wife noticed it was not installed and caught them before pulling away and they found it in the pile of trash in the back of the truck. We would Not Recommend Bassett for any of your furniture needs.. Don't just walk away!! RUN.....

We purchased new living room furniture at the end of 2019 and received it all in March 2020. After…read more8 months, we were very please with all the pieces except for the fabric on a chair and ottoman. It was a chamois-like fabric with a nap and I thought it looked old and worn even though we only had it for a few months. I called and Brett told me to send some photos. I did and he emailed me a label for the fabric which stated that the fabric had a nap and might look the way it did. I told him that I had not seen that label and that perhaps It was my fault that I didn't know much about upholstery fabrics, but I was not happy with the way it looked. Brett, and the other designers, backed me up and I soon got a call from Corporate saying that they would be giving us a new chair and ottoman! We went to the Greenville store and Brett and Cassandra helped us choose a new fabric. The new pieces arrived in record time and they are perfect! I am thrilled. We knew that Ethan Allen makes good quality furniture. Now we know that there is truly excellent customer service at the Greenville, SC location. Thank you!
