A couple of Veneers needed rebonding (again) in which case I had no choice but to seek assistance with a new dentist. During these COVID times I was really reluctant on a visit to say the least. My initial call to the office set me at ease. The staff there are friendly and professional. Dr. Hoang was able to see me the next day and the pre-visit protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious about my appointment. Dr. Hoang is an extremely competent dentist who knows his business! During the rebonding process he explained to me everything he was preforming. He also explained what was the cause and potential alternative solutions. I thought my previous long time dentist was good, Dr. Hoang made me realize how not so good my previous dentist was. Unfortunately, I've had this procedure done many times before and I can say Dr. Hoang was a heck of a lot more through and detailed oriented in his approach. Yes, I brought it up politely, but they never addressed the problem, just repeated the amount owed and expected payment. No discussion. They sent a 'treatment plan' that had absolutely no mention of treatment, just a lump sum, and something to sign to indicate how we'd pay for it. And their prices were NOT reasonable. Clearly, profit is all that matters here. To top it off, the dentist was not someone with whom I felt confident. They failed in every possible way. Please don't respond with fake apologies like "I'm so sorry you feel that way." It's meaningless and insults the readers' intelligence.

I'm desperate but I'm not a fool. ******** You're right that not all insurance plans cover 100%, but mine covers 90%. There's no need for an overly aggressive or possessive tone in your response. I was quoted $175 total to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed with sedation. Your office, on the other hand, quoted me over $300 per tooth. As an insurance agent, I can recognize when something doesn't add up--and this definitely raises red flags.

beware of dr. franco and his practice. do not ever trust your health and your money with doctor…read more very unprofessional to deal with complaints. i am a nurse and an administrator in a healthcare facility. when patients complaints, the manager is supposed to be the bridge between the patient and the doctor. but how can you complain, when the ones you are complaining about is about the doctor, who is the owner of this practice. i have been asking for an appointment with this doctor after my major surgey, bilateral jaw joint replacement surgery, but they have so many excuses here and there. also, when i was there, the ones who was doing my fittings is the laboratory technician (who is not an employee there, how do i know, i asked her.. she said dr. franco let her do that since she is faster than the technicians t]here) and one of his dental assistants. guess what? i file a complaint about them with the state and that is when they tried reaching out to me. and when they did? this doctor let go of me as a patient, because there is no more patient-physician trust??? and gave me 30 days, which is a protocol, but when i asked for a date, when i am available, his office said the doctor is not available on those dates. he jusy doesn't want to see me at all because he cannot confront his patient and deal with the issues. go read on other reviews for this doctor. anyways, i got a lawyer to collect my money back ($54,500) but guess what? they did not answer my lawyer until i made a google review. and that is when they forwarded my claim to their insurance company (medpro). however, just yesterday, september 22, 2025, i got a response from thier insurance they "dr. franco has no intentions of providing his consent to settle this claim". wtf??? seriously, dr. franco after 2 years??? i guess, how will you settle that, when your office wont even settle $200 or a $600 claim. karma is a bitch doctor and i just hope, you will not experience this yourself or any of your family member. anwyays, i am ready to move but i need my money back so i can complete my treatment with another doctor, who is fixing the problem he created. so beware of this doctor. there are so mant oral maxillofacial surgeons in dfw area that can take care of you.
