I also was able to receive far more in the sale than expected! (And in today's market, this is unheard of!) I was out of the country for the entire month of escrow, and Jeffrey handled everything. I came back into the country, signed the final papers and collected my large check! I wouldn't believe this if I hadn't experienced it myself! He answered all of my questions and showed up on time for an appointment we made about a month in advance. He's Not pushy at all! We got my unit refreshed and on the market within a reasonable amount of time! Where Jeff kicks ass is he responds immediately and always answers the phone. Jeffrey was our property manager to our rental property, and became our realtor when we made the decision to sell. We had a very difficult tenant whom we found on our own (big mistake) and we were very stressed. Jeffrey took over the management and kept us from losing our mind. Once we made the decision to sell, things were not easy either. It was a terrible time to sell; the market condition had shifted due to the high interest rate and a recession in the forecast and being right in the middle of the holidays also didn't help. Jeffrey was always there for us to answer any questions, offering advice and often times being our counselor and emotionally supporting us. This review is long overdue and unsolicited. I used Jeffrey as my property manager for two years and I can't give him enough praise on what an amazing job he did. He had a screened tenant for me before I even moved out and they turned out to be amazing tenants for the whole two years. The house had a lot of problems and Jeffrey was always on the ball about getting the problems fixed promptly and rarely ever bothered me unless it was something that he needed a decision from me. When I decided to sell my house, I decided to give the listing to Jeffrey since he had done such a fantastic job as my property manager and once again he did not disappoint. The house once again had its challenges and once the inspection came in there were some major problems that needed fixing. Jefferey quickly took care of it all from getting the estimate, hiring the contractor, keeping an eye on the progress, and walking me through the process of getting reimbursed through my insurance. He made a very difficult situation run about as smooth as it could and we even closed the house on time even with a week and half of work that had to be done to the house. Throughout the two years that I worked with Jeffrey he was always professional, friendly, and competent.
