And when they about to help me, the computer rescheduled me for 10:20. This is after waiting 30 minutes. I am here for a fasted test, and if you aren't going to have front end staff to help - do not punish me for not being able to scan my insurance card that's on my phone. I will not be coming back here. There were 30 people in the waiting room with only 2 being serviced. This place only cares about their financial health, not how we feel Cindy! Oh when I care the number to complain, it hung up on me. This place is just terrible!

From the moment we walked in to the office at 100 hazard ave we were greeted us with such a warm welcome by the receptionist that we commented to her that she had to be one of the nicest people we'd ever met. She took the time to help us and then proceeded to make sure the area was sanitized due to covid. It made my daughter and I feel safe. The nurse that did my daughter's blood draw was wonderful too. No pain at all with the draw either. We would absolutely choose this Quest location for any lab work from now on. Such a great experience, which sounds funny when you are talking about getting your blood drawn.

I get a call about my clutch being worn (I knew about this before that my clutch was on the way out) they offered to just replace the clutch if I bought the part and charged no labor since the engine was already disassembled. I agreed got the car back and within a week I heard a squeaking noise that would only go away if I engaged the clutch. My throw out baring was failing. Brought it back and was told everything was fine and that they replaced the whole clutch assembly meaning the throw out baring was replaced. Month later my clutch failed completely. They charged me for a part that was never installed on my car since I removed the original OEM clutch at my friend's garage.

I brought my 2022 BMW X5 here for what should have been the simplest possible service, an oil…read morechange. I mistakenly assumed a basic maintenance job would be handled properly. A few weeks after the oil change, my vehicle began showing oil level warnings. Concerned, I took the car to a BMW dealership to have it inspected. They determined the shop had put over TWELVE quarts of oil into the engine more than double the required 6.5 quarts. This is not a small mistake. Overfilling an engine with that much oil can cause severe mechanical damage and potentially catastrophic engine failure. I had unknowingly been driving my vehicle in this condition for weeks BMW documented everything. They drained and measured the oil on video and confirmed the extreme overfill. I also have the shop's own invoice, which incorrectly lists the wrong model and engine size for my vehicle. What is even more concerning is how this shop handled the situation afterward. JFK has refused to take any accountability whatsoever. Despite multiple written and verbal requests, they have refused to provide their liability insurance information and have done nothing but give me the runaround for over a month. Because of their negligence, I now have a vehicle where both the original manufacturer warranty and my extended warranty is impacted, all due to a mistake that never should have happened in the first place. At this point I have escalated the matter to the Better Business Bureau and the DMV because the shop has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue, including failing to refund for the oil chnage. I strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. If something as basic as an oil change can be handled this carelessly and the business refuses to take responsibility afterward. I would not trust them with even the most minor service on a vehicle.

I iced it, my neighbor bandaged it, aleve, ice, aleve, ice, rinse and repeat. After a sleepless night, went to Advanced Orthopedics New England (AONE) Urgent Care in Enfield. Well run office. Busy as the proverbial hive, but organized. Three x-rays (why does spell check prefer x-rated?) later, multiple fractures. Wrapped in gauze, etc...."come back in 9 days". Today was the followup. My mummification gets cut off, three more x-rays. Dr. Berkowitz - Healing well, good bone density, but nothing stupid (my middle name) for 3 months. Which brings us to Nick and Angel. Nick is the cast guy, Angel his affable protege. Nick learned his trade in the Navy. Did an excellent job. One suggestion - PAY THE $30 OOP TO GET GORTEX CLOSEST TO YOUR SKIN!!!!! I can shower again WITH IMPUNITY! Back in 3 weeks for more x-rated x-rays. Can't say enough good things about AONE. 6 - stars
