I got an inexpensive JVC single DIN unit and with an adapter kit they installed it in my double DIN dashboard. They even installed a very stock looking cubby underneath it. Brilliant, this car has nowhere to put stuff. Unfortunately because of the angle of my dashboard I couldn't read the display on the radio. I called them the next day and asked them if there was some kind of sunshade I could put over the radio because I thought the display was just being washed out by the sun. They called me back quickly and told me to come back and they put a different Alpine unit in it with a different kind of display. No hassle, no extra charge, another every clean install without a single bullet connector or pice of cut wire on the floor. These guys also dba as Sound Sensations. My last vist was to get my side skirts installed, as well as some other small tweaks in bumper fitment, ect. I picked up the car 9am Wednesday July 23rd. Once getting to work around noon the sunlight was out and I was grabbing something from my trunk, I then saw multiple harsh scratches aswell as 2 cracks in my left tail light. I then texted over a photo to the shop and was immediately told it wasn't them and not their fault. After getting bombarded with texts and calls from the worker I got the owner's contact. He said he would look into it and apologized for the troubles. A few days later I had gotten a quote for replacing the lens and we got into contact again, the worker said he would give me $100, then later that day the owner called me and said he would give me $300 to go towards the replacement. I told him I would pick it up Wednesday July 30th. Wednesday July 30th I got up early on my one day off of work and went over to the shop with the tail light. The owner wasn't there, but the worker was. He then spent 20 minutes throwing out bs excuses and eventually said he cant take responsibility for it and refused to give me the money I was promised. I will never do buisness with that asshole ever again and I recommend you dont either if you care about your car and your money. He also didnt do a good job on the work. The job seems half done and parts feel off after he "anchored" them down. Charged a fortune too!

He said he would send me the written estimate and I thought it was a fair estimate/price and scheduled the repair pending the written estimate. Two weeks later, I received the estimate and he had increased the price to ALMOST $3200. Nothing had changed with my vehicle. I called and spoke with Mike and he acknowledged the verbal estimate and he said, "I should really stop giving verbal estimates." He then "adjusted" some things and lowered the estimate to $2600. After a contentious conversation, I told him to send me the written estimate and he agreed. About two hours later he sent me an email telling me that they are not willing to work on my vehicle and that my appointment was cancelled. Totally unprofessional and blatantly lied, blaming me for "relying on a verbal estimate in a parking lot." He also told me if I didn't like it, get a lawyer.
