Of note is at some point I was getting calls that meds were ready through the automated system and when I show up to get them the staff would work quickly to get it together for me. I don't know why I would be called about it being ready if they are going to wait for me to show to fill it. It seems to have stopped but I think only because now I call and confirm that the bottle is filled and in the basket waiting. I like the convenience of where the pharmacy is in relation to my house and the drive up. But if Danny ever left out would be the incentive I need to look at ordering meds online. Sure enough, I was able to use their restroom. It was fairly clean for a public restroom, but unfortunately the soap dispenser was empty--only hand sanitizer was available. I was too exhausted at the time to bring it up to staff. Note: I'm deliberately using the correct word restroom--not "bathroom," since there was no bathtub. At 17, during a senior class trip to France, I asked for the bathroom location in a restaurant, and a few French people responded that Americans use the word bathroom instead of restroom when looking for a public toilet, and I have never forgotten that! I have been using the word "restroom" ever since! I'm giving this CVS four stars, deducting one for the lack of soap.
