An under-staffed counter with long lines, slow service, and empty/disorganized display cases. And the order-ahead system is a total joke. Someone needs to visit a competitor's store to see how it's done. There is so much to criticize that it's impossible to fit it all in one review, so I won't even try. Here's the bottom line: If you're looking for your "go-to" food store, this isn't it. But if you don't have enough time to go elsewhere, live in Carmel, you're willing to take the 50/50 chance this location will have what you need, and have time to wait for the long checkout lines, give it a shot.

Instead of being treated with courtesy and professionalism, I was met with a rude and dismissive response. The pharmacist immediately asked if I had "checked the news" and stated there was a shortage, then told me he "wouldn't sell it to me anyway." I have a legitimate standing prescription for this medication and was calling as a previous customer in an effort to support a local business. There was no reason for the conversation to be handled in such a disrespectful manner. Patients calling about medications should be treated with kindness and professionalism, especially when dealing with ongoing prescription needs. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider using this pharmacy in the future.

It seems to me that the girls that work there are usually younger, just looking for a part time job, all very sweet girls from what i've seen. The way this man was speaking to one of them was unlike anything i've ever heard. I don't know if i'll go back due to hearing how the pharmacists treat their employees.
