Unfortunately, they are so busy, wait times are long, especially in the afternoon. D. Lyon drives down from Texarkana so wait times may be longer depending on what is on his schedule before leaves to come down here. I highly recommend the services this facility provides. Just pack your patience, a good book, or something to do on your cellphone while you wait and let these people do what they do, knowing you will be served in order of your appointment time and will be well taken care of when your turn arrives. The staff are friendly and helpful and will do their best to make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible.

There are laws against this unethical act. Providers are contracted to certain charges according to the insured plan. They do not bill your insurance correctly so you end up with a denial from your insurance that they expect you to just pay, no questions asked. Well not this girl I ask a lot of questions and don't stop with a simple "It's your insurance". My insurance company explained in detail what my coverage was and what I should have been charged. Unless you have disposable money I would never buy glasses there. Horrible business ethics!

Rediculous!!! 10am appt. It's now almost 1pm. Brought back to have eyes dilated. Told to sit in…read morewaiting room and they would come back in 10 min to do the second spray. It's been an hour since the first time they did the spray. I checked with the front desk 40 min ago. "sorry we're just busy". Been in the office 3 hrs. They have all of these COVID practices in place but does it really matter if you have to sit in a waiting room with 20 other people waiting for 3 hrs. Don't think so. If you can't handle the amount of patients you schedule, maybe you ought to reconsider you scheduling process. Just a thought. Update... Now 3 hrs and 15 minutes in. Go back to the desk and got shut up. Talked to the girl bringing other kids back and she finally got us back in. Now waiting for the dr to come back in for the exam. Would NOT recommend! You would be equally good to give yourself an exam but you'd save your whole day.
