He may exhibit skill in the surgery room, but in the examining room, he's lacking. I saw him three times outside cataract surgery and each time I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful he was to me. My husband, who came with me to every exam, used the words "curt" and "difficult". If I had know that he had such bad bedside manners, I would never have chose him as my surgeon. There are other good eye surgeons in the area that, simultaneously, are nice people. I regret that I did not use one of them.

The support staff at the front desk are efficient, helpful, polite. Dr.Bundrick's assistant, Barbara, is very thorough, patient & has many years of experience in the field. She is extremely knowledgeable & proficient. Dr.Bundrick listens intently, answers questions, provides information clearly & gives an honest appraisal of the problem. He does not exert pressure for procedures but considers the necessity, severity, and the patient's point of view regarding any procedure discussed.
