The entire staff is beyond wonderful from the people who greet you in the office, to Heather who is an absolute peach, to Dr. Black. Dr. Bryson has a calming voice and manner, explains each step of the work as it is happening. He's very down to earth and pragmatic about the care you need. The hygienists, assistants, techs, etc are equally as great. I see Dr. Birchmeier and I think he is a great dentist. He has his quirky dentist jokes and asks questions when he has his hands in your mouth! He really cares about his patients and when you have work done other than cleaning, he makes sure it's done right and looks great. The patient area is open and bright. So if you hate the dentist, this set up will help out with the anxiety. It's not a white sterilized room with tools laying around. And they have TV's on the ceiling!
