The hygienists, assistants, techs, etc are equally as great. I see Dr. Birchmeier and I think he is a great dentist. He has his quirky dentist jokes and asks questions when he has his hands in your mouth! He really cares about his patients and when you have work done other than cleaning, he makes sure it's done right and looks great. The patient area is open and bright. So if you hate the dentist, this set up will help out with the anxiety. It's not a white sterilized room with tools laying around. And they have TV's on the ceiling!

Upon conducting a thorough Google search, we stumbled upon Embree Dentistry. After my first call to the office, I spoke with Kristy, I knew that we would be well taken care of. For my first couple of visits, the first being an evaluation, they were quick to reschedule if anything came up or notify me if they were running a little behind. I greatly appreciate this level of transparency. There's nothing worse than waiting in a reception area for your scheduled appointment to open up! The hygienists are highly skilled at what they do, especially Jenny. When I am there, I see Doctor Heys, who is great. I informed her i got my xray from the previous dentist and need only cleaning. She keeps saying "no you were half an hour late" - which was NOT TRUE. She told me i can make another appointment. My fiance was very mad how they treated the me as a customer with rudeness when I was only 10 mins late. DO NOT GO HERE WHEN DOC IS NOT THERE. Wish i had the cleaning assistance name - speechless on how rude she treated us.
