They keep you there 4 hrs until all the lights are off and you're dying to get out of there. Then Don the finance man has warranties back on. Lojack is a scam that no one wants and they inflated the price and hid it in. There is NO transparency in the final paper you sign. It isn't on there. When I called they would only let me speak to him and he was very rude, laughed and seemed to enjoy that he scammed us. No one will let you speak to the manager despite multiple attempts. He is always "not here right now". When I asked Ashley what his name even is seeing he refused to speak to me she said "Um, I don't know" and hung up on me. They didn't disclose that there was only 1 key fob until after purchase when I asked for it or a chip in the windshield, adding hundreds of dollars more that we have to spend. They didn't wash it or put gas in it. It was a horrible experience. Read all of the bad reviews and believe them. Hidden fees in pricing, game playing and they manager won't speak to anyone that had complaints.

I purchased my vehicle Certified Pre Owned from Boucher's old location and purchased an additional extended "Platinum Wrap" warranty. I was told it covered everything. Everything. Bumper to bumper were the exact buzzwords used. I've used the warranty here in the past without issue. The way it works is you schedule service and tell the advisor the reason for service. The dealership then diagnoses your vehicle and submits a warranty claim. You pay a $100 deductible for the visit. I had an appointment this morning at 7:30am. I arrived on time and waited to get in the bay because there was only one overworked employee checking cars in. When the check in was done I was assigned to Elijah, who was very nice. After he verified the reason for my visit he told me I would have to pay $660 for multiple diagnostic fees. I mentioned how I've only had to pay the $100 deductible in the past, and asked why it would be different this time. He said that's "just the way it is" and it was out of his hands. I asked for the service manager to help clarify. This guy Belal was sleazy right from the start and gave slippery used car salesman energy. He slithered over to the desk and started typing, then started making excuses for why there would be charges and it was all lip service. He condescendingly told me maybe I should talk to the sales department. I'm guessing it's got something to do with me actually winning warranty coverage issues in the past and they're no longer making money off of me, so I can pound sand. Just be careful here. This place does not do honest business, at least not any more.

The waiting area has copious amounts of free beverages and the wi-fi was speedy and easy to use so I could get some work done while I waited. The car was hand-washed after the service was complete, which I thought was a nice touch. Just one minor issue that prevented this from being five stars: - I added a note to my appointment that I had a couple scuffs I would like the body shop to take a look at and give me a quote on, but it turns out that this location has no body shop (can't say I've ever seen THAT before) and Dustin directed me to their sister location a few miles down the road. Had he reviewed my request in advance of my visit, I could have been prepared for this adjustment. I also didn't want to drive down there and find out that they were too busy to see me. Here a little more customer service would have gone a long way.

We had a ton of country that started a stall at a stoplight and while you go to other people in town like Palmen Motors who would actually charge us thousands of dollars to replace a lot of stuff as a simple oxygen sensor and he replaced it in the car runs like brand new I could not be happier with Mark. He's an honest guy. Gateway is also a great place for a simple oil change. I will always come to him for any type of needs that I have, and if he can't handle it, he'll actually tell you who can do it that he trusts. After accusing my daughter of being "hissy" Amanda managed to find the service slip on her mess of a workstation. Then they replaced the part and it didn't fix the problem -- but we owe them $1300+. Their next solution was $1000 fix, again with no guarantee would fix the problem! I'm not convinced they did anything to my vehicle because I've never before had a part replaced where I wasn't shown the broken part at pickup. Based on how they treated a female customer and their inability to properly diagnose and repair a vehicle, I strongly encourage you to find a different Ford dealer.
