Worst car buying experience of my life! We've been lied to, deceived and ignored. We've bought cars before from.Griffin Ford, Hiller Ford and Porcaro Ford. Since Porcaro had what we were looking for this time we went back to them expecting our experience to be similar to the first one. THINGS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH. After the ongoing horrible treatment we we received I made a Google review. That got the dealership to pay attention, but the only thing they really cared about was trying to force me into changing my Google review. Don't take your vehicle here for service! I watch the quick lube guys over torque wheels with an impact gun, then got in the truck dirty with no seat cover and pulled it out with out even washing his dirty hands. when I have brought my truck there for warranty work, they can never get you in even if you leave it for a day they won't touch it. People are walking around and nobody seems to know anything. The service there is terrible and the people are SUPER rude! read more

Buyer beware! I don't generally leave bad reviews, but I'm appalled with this business and I don't want anyone else to go through what we have. We purchased a used vehicle from them in August, and the vehicle has been in the shop for more almost the entire time since we purchased it. it has a severe safety issue where it shuts down while driving it, sometimes at high speeds. Pecaro has absolutely refused to take any responsibility and it has cost us thousands. The GM, Dan, is belligerent, unprofessional, and uncaring. We are in the process of reporting Pecaro to the DATCP for consumer protections. Please consider buying from someone else - Porcaro does NOT stand by their vehicles! read more

I contacted Porcaro Ford about a used Aston Martin they have for sale. Spoke to salesman Chris Balke, who didn't know much about the car, and requested specific information and a video of gauge cluster while running and a convertible top operation. Being out of state the video and other requested information was the first step in evaluating the car before driving 4 hours to view it. Balke sent a video (which did not show the gauge cluster) but no other information. I've since sent him two separate emails inquiring about the other information I requested, and he doesn't even respond now. Not a good way to sell a fairly expensive car. I was strongly interested in the Aston as it was exactly what I was looking for. They've now lost a sale. read more

I went to service because I smelled gas outside my car. They did a " diagnostic " and found a Crack in my fuel pump, gasket and an active leak. I went to Venus Ford for second opinion. They did a diagnostic and FOUND NO FUEL LEAK OR CRACK IN SYSTEM. Bottom line, Pocaro Ford lied to me asking for 1275.00 to fix something that was not broken. Pure nightmare. I had service work done with Quick Lane, their oil changing building. They scratched my vehicles hood all up, they marred all 4 of my 22" Expedition rims and the damaged one of the center rim caps when balancing the tires. This vehicle is a like brand new. 16K. Their response was sorry and that's it. Then they were going to refund me for the balancing, ($69). I'm ok with that, through I wouldn't call that fair compensation damaging the clearcoat on all for rims. Last, they were suppose to send me a new center cap for the one they damaged. It's five weeks - no center cap. Bought one from a different dealer. I had to chase them down to try to get them to take responsibility with many calls. Very Bad!!! If you like a place that reckless with your car and doesn't want to take responsibility when they do damage your car this is the place for you. read more

We are on vacation and was headed home when our truck engine light came on and then exhaust system faulted we drove to nearest Ford service center. We were expecting to be helped but instead they told us they were a week out and there was nothing they could do for us. We are 600 miles from home! Now trying to find a way to get truck fixed so we can go home. Never in all of our travels all over the US have I witnessed a Ford dealership not help on an urgent situation! I contacted Porcaro Ford in Mid-February inquiring about a 2024 mustang dealt with Jim through several calls and emails and was told that the car was not drivable as it had a recall - I asked on several occasions if I could just stop by and take a look at it, as I knew what I was looking for - - during the second week in March, Mind you! I finally got him to agree on a Monday to come in and just view the car. A day later I am informed that someone who did what I wanted to do, already put a deposit on the car and therefore the car was no longer available! My husband and I went into Porcaro Ford yesterday fully intending on buying one of the Mustang Mach-Es they have on the lot. It was a Saturday, and there were surprisingly few customers in there. I thought this was a good sign, but no. We were not greeted as we walked around the lot, nor when we came into the dealership in spite of at least 3 salesmen sitting at their desks. Tried to make eye contact-nothing. Since it was clear they were not interested in selling us a car, we decided to go to another dealership which is more interested in providing customer service. This review will be about the service center. My husband brought his pickup truck in to have an engine block heater put in. He gets to the garage to drop the truck off, and gets out of his truck and falls on a puddle of water or oil on a very slippery floor and hurts his back, neck and cuts his elbow He tells the service guy and he says and does nothing. He is asked by the next person when he is waiting how things are and she at least says well I will make a note of your fall and she looks at his cut elbow. I think they need an inservice on what to do when someone gets hurt. My husband has had pain in his back for weeks following that. They got the part in and they installed it the way the particular mechanic said he thought it should be not the way the manufacturer thinks it should be. My husband picked it up about $800 dollars later and the cord is hanging out the front of the truck about 12 inches and looks terrible. Taking it through the car wash threatened to rip it off. People are asking him what that is hanging from the front of the truck. Then they say who put that in that looks terrible, you paid to have that done? So they do a follow up call to see how the service was and he told them the whole story about falling and how unhappy he was with the install. The woman states she will have the service manager call him. Still waiting this was weeks ago. So needless to say we are not thrilled with this organization. They didn't care about my husband hurting himself or the fact that the service was not satisfactory. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Friends of ours told us not to go there because they took they vehicle there and the mechanic didn't tighten their tire on and the tire fell off when they were driving. 10 Our 12th Ford! I would give this dealership a solid 10 out of 10! We have visited lots of Ford dealerships thru out TEXAS, Illinois and Wisconsin and this was our best experience! Our salesperson Garrett was awesome didn't play games and his goal was to put us in new Ranger! He had a black Ranger he thought would meet our needs and had it by front entrance already when we arrived-(we called on our way up from Illinois). Dealership closes at 5pm but they didn't rush us and the finance lady was awesome-sign here print here -make check out for this amount and we done in record time! Scam Alert.... This place wants to sell you a new tire regardless of the problem. Twice I tried to give this local guy some easy fix business (small puncture in tire tread) and twice the fast talking counter guy rushed in to sell a $350 tire. Both times I shook my head in disbelief and both times had the tire fixed for under $20! I've had a couple of other things done here on other vehicles and have had some good results, but lately they are hell-bent on padding your bill and getting what they can,. I would recommend you find elsewhere to bring your vehicles. I definitely won't be coming back to Porcaro Ford again for service. I brought my truck in for an oil change, transmission service, and a complete 4wd service. A few hours into my service I believe it was Randy at the quick lane called me to tell me there was a problem. The technician had broken a transmission line while taking it apart and it was going to take a day for the new one to arrive. No big deal. Accidents happen. So i say that is covered by you guys right? Randy says well we don't know if it was broken before we took it off, but he was pretty sure it would be covered. He then had to talk to his manager. Few moments later I get a call from Paul saying that unfortunately since they couldnt tell if it was broken before he wouldn't cover the whole thing, but would split the price with me. Something like 85 dollars. In my haste I said ahh sure I guess so because what else would I do? have them put the broken one back on? They were able to get me a loaner car which was grateful for. As i thought about this for the next day while I waited for my truck to be ready I couldnt help , but think why the hell am I paying for half of this line that they broke. If it was broken before this time the only people who would have touched it would have been Porcaro. I get the call the next day that my truck is done. i pick it up and ask Randy if I'm really paying for this half a part that they broke. He said yea you and Paul agreed on that on the phone. I said that doesn't feel right. You guys broke it. If you hired me to work on your house and I cut through one your water lines I wouldn't tell you that you owe me more money to fix the water line right!? Randy agreed with me 100%, but said that was what you and paul agreed on. He said he couldnt make that decision and could get paul if I wanted to talk to him. I said that would be great. Randy went to get Paul and just Randy came back. Randy said that Paul is firm on having me pay half because I agreed to it on phone and that IF I WANTED TO TALK TO PAUL I WOULD HAVE TO FIND HIM PERSONALLY. I mean seriously. you can't even give a customer the time of day to talk to them about it. I told Randy that Ive been bringing my truck here for 6 years with no issues up to this point and now were going to have an issue over an 85 dollar accident the technician had because he broke my transmission line. At this point I don't even care about the extra 85 dollars. Its that Paul the manager expected me to come find him at the dealership and wouldn't even talk to me about this minor issue. Also the fact that they can't accept that they made a mistake and broke something. Ethically and morally a normal business and person would just write it off as a loss. I spent 950 dollars for the service this day at Porcaro. Ive spent thousands over the last 6 years. Now I no longer feel comfortable bringing any of my vehicles to Porcaro or recommending service here. read more

I took my Ford Escort (which I bought at Porcaro) to see why the check engine light was intermittently coming on. The experience was so different than I expected. Paul listened to my explanation of the problems I had concerns about. He was polite, attentive and efficient. They had the part in stock, I was told how long it would take and offered a courtesy ride if I did not care to wait. 2 weeks before this I had taken the vehicle to a dealership closer to my home. I have purchased more than a couple of cars out of state and I have to sat Pocaro and Landmark Credit Union have to be the worst combo I have ever dealt with. Their people are nice enough up front but I hope you don't need any help or support after the sale. I own a car with an expired tag and keep getting the run around from these guys, including calls that don't get returned. If you live out of state, especially in Illinois, I would strongly recommend you look at a dealer who can actually register a car in Illinois. They say they sell "A lot" of cars to residents here but if that's true why not make life easy on the customer, why make them feel like their new car has to sit in the garage because the temp tag expires and then say they can't issue a new one. I could have gotten a similar car from an Illinois dealer for $1500 more.... Looking back I would have gladly paid it to not have to go through what I have. After 31 days now I am still waiting on a title so I can maybe drive my car legally and it still looks to be WEEKS away... what a shame they put me in this position and won't help out. read more

I called and they told that they wear out , and to just trow it away . I told Them that they are the only ones that of touched it , so you guys must of broke it . They would not replace it .
