After over a year went by with very little communication from this firm I got a letter from Ashley saying my case was denied by the defendant's insurance company because they alleged my condition was pre-existing. I have physical evidence of prior MRIs of my back showing no pre existing injury but she never bothered to use them. I would've been saddled with thousands in medical and therapy bills had it not been for the fact that I moved to NC following my accident. They do not have no fault here and I was able to use my medical insurance to cover my treatments. I know have a permanent spinal injury and will be on medication for the rest of my life to control the pain.
