Dr. Koch and his assistant, Deanna, have a wonderful rapport that put me at ease almost immediately. The facilities are spotless, the old building is absolutely gorgeous, and it is clear that Dr. Koch is extremely knowledgeable; he took the time to explain each procedure to me, and to hear my concerns.
