This firm has gone completely downhill! When I first hired them 10 years ago, they got a ticket dismissed, but since then, they've lost every single case. The lawyers they use now clearly aren't good at what they do. Because of them, my license was even revoked for 6 months about a year ago. They just lost another hearing for old tickets, and honestly, if I had just pleaded guilty myself, the result would've been the same -- except I would've saved the money I paid them. The only tactic this office can deliver on is postponing a hearing. They pushed my "improper turn" ticket for over 5yrs. While they say you're welcome to come for your hearing they definitely do not encourage it. Never ever asked me what actually happened, just money upfront and flip of a coin. I have used this law office for the last couple of years at the recommendation of a good friend. With the demands of my job, it becomes a nuisance to attempt to fight every TVB ticket on your own, especially when you don't know all the jargon as it pertains to the laws of the road. That being said... No, they didn't win every case. While I can wish and hope that they do, in the end, they are up against the same judges at BK South that I would have been. And it is possible that I would not fare any better. Service - I really never had that much of an issue. And since they got "advanced" with their own phone app, the added convenience was very welcome. From time to time, I do stop by the office anyway, and the receptionist is very responsive. I never met Mr. Ziff personally. Maybe I do not have to. All I know is that I have always felt comfortable with them representing me at the TVB. I recommend their services. read more

Awful experience with absolutely useless service. He lost three out of four tickets and those tickets were super easy to win(because all of them were for disobeying traffic devices)if i would go to the court by myself, and this useless guy lost them simly because he didnt show up at the court. Not a very friendly atmosphere. They definitely need to work on their customer service. As for the tickets, the best thing is it gets delayed for a long time however they have lost every case. At the very least they should get no points and reduced penalty. I don't think they even try. All you are paying for with them is a delay which I think you can get on your own. read more

This place is a rip off ! Communication sucks. I only spoke to the receptionist, never received a call from the lawyer. They got me 4 points on my license along with having to pay all the fines and surcharges. It was a speeding ticket for going 36 in a 25mph. I had a clean abstract never had a traffic violation. Horrible lawyer. I gave him 3 traffic tickets and he lost all 3 of them. Office employees are horrible too. Anytime I called the office, I got no information from them. I came into the office and found out that they lost my last ticket. I told them that how they have tastimonials on the website that he won speeding ticket, but for me he lost 3 year old cell phone ticket. Their answer was laughter. TERRIBLE excuse for a lawyer and law office. In my life, I've only gotten 1 ticket (this one). I'm an A+ student and never been in trouble, besides this 1 ticket. He never asked me for my side of the story & never presented it to the judge (like I've heard he does for other cases). He pushed my case off for 5+ years, just to have me found guilty, my license suspended, over $1000 in DMV fees (not counting his fees), and my insurance skyrocketed. HE AND HIS OFFICE DID NOT EVEN TELL ME MY LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED! I FOUND OUT BY ACCIDENT WHEN I WENT TO GO PAY MY TICKET FEE! THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN ASSESSMENT FEES, THE POINTS SYSTEM, A POTENTIAL APPEAL, OR PENALTIES. THEY SIMPLY SENT AN EMAIL, AND WHEN I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS, TOLD ME TO LOOK THEM ON THE INTERNET. Now, I'm way more screwed then if I were to have pled guilty to begin with in 2012. I bet if I didn't pay him up front for my case in 2012, he would have had more incentive to beat it in 2017. read more
