Of the three or four decent liquor stores in the Griffin area, Jeffery's Bottle Shop is easily in the top two. The liquor selection is loosely grouped by type, but the shelves are teeming with various and sundry bottles of spirits. The selection is admirable, but about $5 more expensive than comparable stores in McDonough or Locust Grove. Similarly, the beer and wine selection is commendable (especially for a smaller store that was once probably a gas station).
