very disappointed. I called and order a flower for a funeral on Friday November 10th for a service on Saturday. They told me it would be delivered Saturday morning (not disputing that). I also asked them to please me a picture of the flower arrangement, which was a grave side flower on stand. After not receiving a picture On Saturday. I called the florist Monday and Tuesday and the answering machine picked up. Well I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was fulled. Called Wednesday and spoke to Abby and she acted like it was no big deal. And it is a big deal, I order the flower for a person who lives out of state. Beautiful flowers for mom on Mother's Day. Delivered to church on Sunday morning (as requested) so she could enjoy with church family & then take home where they were enjoyed by our family the entire week. We asked for rainbow of colors, roses, orchids, rich purples & blues... and baby's breath with greenery to fill it in... EXACTLY what we requested (see pic). Not super happy 50$ for dirty water and some half dead looking flowers in the arrangement. I feel like the cheaper arrangement I was shown had nicer flowers in it. I took photos... of course they asked if I like them but at that point what are you suppose to say? no when you need the flowers.... I understand why they make you pay ahead. read more

As someone who placed an order from out of state and was not able to physically be at the florist, Jeffrey's was able to assure me that my concerns and requests were accommodated. I ordered a bouquet for a birthday, with a certain design and color scheme in mind and the staff was able to make it come to life. Despite being seemingly busy, the staff was in contact with me and were quick to adjust to my recommendations. They added suggestions and in the end the final product was loved by my loved ones. I ordered a live bouquet for my bridal shoot and they produced a decent floral arrangement with just a little wilting and brown spots. I ordered the same arrangement for my wedding and the flowers were wilted and the greenery looked to be randomly and sporadically placed. My mother picked up the bouquet the day before my wedding as I was busy decorating the venue. Once I saw the bouquet later that day, it was too late for me to contact the florist. The quality was so poor that I could not use it as my bouquet or even as a wedding decoration. Fortunately, I was able to get someone to make me a bouquet that night, though it was not of live flowers, as I'd wanted. I called the florist and left a message the next week, and my mother went by two weeks in a row at which times a sign on the door said they were OOO due to an event. I called again and spoke with an employee and left a message for the owner. After nearly a month I still had not received a call back. I then had my wedding coordinator go to the florist and speak to them. She showed them a picture of the bouquet to which the person responded, "Did we do that?" That is the day I received a call back. Per my conversation with an employee, the owner was consulted, and stated that it was too late for me to receive a refund, even though I had been trying to contact them for a full month. I experienced a $75 waste and would not recommend this florist for an event of any importance. read more

We had my daughter's wedding at the The barn at Broadslab (beautiful venue!) and Jeffrey and team decorated for it (8/4/18) It was just gorgeous and stunning. They turned it into a very special place and the team went above and beyond for the wedding. There were some areas that we had not originally asked for but they came through.
