Professional, clean, efficient, friendly, respectful -- this team is the gold standard. From start to finish, their attention to detail was unmatched. Jay even came onsite personally to check in on the progress (which we really appreciated). Every single person on the team was, sweet, respectful and meticulous. Our project list was not small: * Dining Room Transformation (the showstopper): They installed crown molding, wainscoting, and shadow boxes, and the transformation is unreal. The room looks elevated, custom, warm, and straight out of a design magazine. It changed the entire vibe of the space. * Entryway: Repaired and Refreshed: The previous owners had a security system wired into the walls, and we had to cover up several holes as a result. Griffith patched everything flawlessly and gave it a fresh new coat of paint. * Primary Bedroom Glow-Up: They added crown molding in our primary bedroom as well and repainted the entire room. The transformation is truly incredible - the space now feels like a calming, spa-like retreat. The whole vibe shifted from "fine" to "luxurious sanctuary." They even transformed our hideous closet into something beautiful and welcoming. The kicker? They completed ALL of this work in just three days. We're convinced they are the SWAT team of painting and carpentry - precise, fast, skilled, and crisp. We are completely satisfied and so grateful for their work. He told me that his guys were going to be in my neighborhood on the 4th and could stop by around 1pm to trim the tree. They never showed up and by late afternoon Julien informed me that they couldn't make it and that they would have to come by the next day. On the 5th it was raining so Julien again informed me in the afternoon on the 6th that they would come trim the tree at 8am on the 7th. They never showed up and it wasn't until late in the afternoon that Julien called me and said his guys would be by on the 8th. Then on the 8th it rained and Julien wanted to reschedule for the following Monday. I said it was fine and that the safety of his crew was definitely the main priority. He then proceeded to tell me that it was in his best interest to get the guys to get the work done because he doesn't receive his commission unless they do. Ah ha! and there it was, the reason I kept getting jerked around with when I was going to get my tree trimmed, and why I was only notified late in the day after I was able to call any other tree company to come out and take care of the tree. It was due to Julien's commission! On Monday May 10th Julien let me know that they would be coming by to trim the tree. They showed up at 4:50 pm and told me that they had to clear the work with the boss, because he doesn't like them working past 5pm, and that they just did four full removals today and that they didn't have enough time to do this job. So I asked him why it was that Julien would schedule so much in a day (obvious commissions aside). He told me that Julien was just a sales guy and didn't realize how much work it actually takes to remove a full tree. So he makes promises to the clients and then overbooks the actual workers. So this guy tells me that him and his guys are going to work for 45 minutes, then clean up and finish the job tomorrow, which I agreed to (I mean what other choice did I have at this point?). But they pulled their truck into my driveway (parked it on top of my wife's beloved flowers) then did nothing for twenty minutes before leaving. When I told Julien that they parked on our flowers he said that it was a good thing that they grow back. They came back the next day and pulled their truck right back into the same spot on top of the flowers. When I pointed out that they didn't seem too concerned about the driveway being too tight because they pulled in the same way, Julien got offended saying "how am I supposed to get to the tree?" and that it's not their fault the driveway is very tight. Well it's also not my job to figure out how your guys should use their equipment to do their job and not damage my property. When I came home from work after they had trimmed my tree and left, I noticed that they had moved all of my outdoor furniture and made zero effort to put it back from where they moved it. This was an absolutely awful experience and I don't plan to use this company ever again, and I urge everyone else to overlook them as well. The only reason they got a second star is because they did an okay job trimming the tree.

All the other carpenters said pick out the bracket you want that will hold up the right side rail. Ruth came over the slope out the job with Jorge. I inquired what kind of brackets they would use and the answer was we don't use brackets because we use these stained pieces of oak to brace all the railings. I knew immediately, once I heard that, that they were the night company. Needless to say there were a great company and did an excellent job!
