We still deal with…read moreUNEVEN FOUNTAINS because they admitted to skimping out on plumbing and putting our deck jets on one plumbing line with one valve instead of 2, meaning the first fountain closest to the valve gets all the pressure and the second one is very noticeably lower in height because it gets less pressure. Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! I invite anyone and everyone over to see the complete CRAP work of this company! I am shocked they are still in business!

Despite a slight delay with our paver delivery, the entire construction project moved swiftly. Patio's foremen were here to check on us throughout the process and answer and questions. They had a nice beach with use of loungers, place to rinse your feet when done. We loved walking the beach for shells. So many shells to choose from. Just down the way about a 10 minute drive was Whitney beach which (has no facilities or chairs) but tons of shells and sand dollars. We saw 2 different types of crabs in the water and nothing but beautifully clear water to enjoy. Matt the maintenance man was very helpfull and polite. We only had a couple little things that needed adjusted and he was ready to help. Would totally recommend this location as this resort. You had access to washer dryer, beach towel, umbrellas and in between St Armands Key and Anna Maria Island. Best of all worlds. We (my family) wanted to be indoors and out of the heat and sun. As we are staying next door, this was an easy choice. But the food is "meh". It's ok, I'm sure it makes some folks happy. But for me, it "tastes like Sysco" as my brother would say. Soulless. I think what is really getting me is the light smell of mopped floors. It's not overt but noticeable. So in short, good service, good options for indoor vs outdoor seating, ok food. Vibe is detached. No one's grandma or mom is cooking here.
