When I asked a staff member what happened, she lied and said there were signs posted earlier in the week (there weren't). And then she literally slammed the door in my face. It was a gigantic waste of my time and a huge error on their end not communicating the closure on the YMCA website. I cannot stand the staff at this location. They're so rude! The only reason I come here is bec I get membership through my insurance. That's it! Otherwise I know membership isn't worth my money. Find a better gym that does their job and maintains their equipment. Take your business elsewhere.
