After the horrible experience I had with Instant Car Fix, I took my vehicle to a proper mechanic who after looking it over called it the most unprofessional job they have ever seen. My fuel injectors were replaced however that was it! They did not check the seals or gaskets for them, something that should have been done when The fuel injectors are replaced. As such fuel was leaking from them and should I had driven it, the truck would have gone up in flames. I would love to get the owner of this company's opinion now after this since I'll attach pictures of this to it for proof since I can't attach a video. Seriously avoid this company like the plague!

I was going to see them very recently and called about having them replace a corroded and of a battery cable, a relatively simple task. They had the unmitigated gall to quote me over $300!!!!! Yeah, no. I called Ace and spoke with Dan and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The cost to replace that corroded end of the cable? $32.00. $32.00 vs. $300. Not only was the cable replaced, I had the oil changed as well and was in and out of there in an hour for well under $100.00. An honest, fair mechanic is difficult to find but after doing a good bit of research and found several reviews both on Yelp and Google, I arrived at ACE and I will bring all my vehicles here from now on. Frankly, I would much rather give my hard earned money to a local business than the cousin of some crappy country singer and his shady dealership. PS: There is no place here to sit an wait on your car but the Orlando Public Library is across the street and Dunkin Donuts is just down East Colonial.

If you value your vehicle, do not take it to this business…read more I bought a deal they had on Groupon for an oil change. I had to call four separate times just to schedule a basic oil change. Each time, I was given a different excuse as to why they could not perform the service. Eventually, I was told to call back on Thursday to schedule for Friday -- which I did exactly as instructed. When I called back, they again asked for my vehicle's make and year. At that point, I was told the promotional deal only applied to vehicles 2015 and newer. This restriction was never mentioned during any of my previous calls, nor is it stated anywhere in the advertised description. To introduce new conditions at the last minute is dishonest and completely unacceptable -- especially for something as routine as an oil change. Despite the red flags, I proceeded with the service. When I returned home, I checked the oil level because by that point I had zero confidence in the quality of their work. The oil level was nearly a full inch above the maximum fill line. Overfilling engine oil is not a minor mistake -- it can cause serious damage to an engine. This level of negligence is alarming. The owner was busy talking on his phone throughout the service, and it is clear he either failed to properly check the oil level afterward or could not be bothered to correct it. Either explanation is unacceptable. Had I not double-checked their work, my engine could have suffered significant damage. That is not just poor service -- it is reckless. I strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting this business with their vehicle.

I plan on returning for an alignment on my car and new tires for my wife once hers need to be replaced in the coming months. Their pricing beats every auto repair chain in the area. Their service is always quick and their staff is always friendly, especially their mechanic. A little, possibly already-known, hack you can do is to take the diagnostics report that your auto repair shop chain creates for you after performing a service and bring it to Adams to see if their mechanic is able to help you with the repairs. They'll more than likely have to order the parts and you'll need to return again once they arrive but I can almost guarantee you the pricing will beat the big name auto repair shops.

To clarify a few things: First, regarding the bumper damage, I actually contacted AAA well before your response was posted and apologized for initially assuming the damage happened at your shop. I've attached proof of that conversation to show that I took responsibility for the misunderstanding -- something your response could stand to learn from. I asked AAA for the before photos of my truck because the after photos -- the ones taken at your shop -- did not match what I saw in person. Even the AAA agent reviewing the photos agreed the damage was not clearly visible in the second image. As for the state of my truck -- residue left by your "highly trained technicians," mixed-up keys, and receiving the wrong invoice -- you dismiss it all with excuses. Their diagnostic inspection showed the entire coolant line/system/water pump needed to be replaced on my 2001 740i Sport. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done, and even showed me where the leaks where coming from. The quote I was given was more then fair...in fact, I was later told the hours put into the job far exceeded the hours quoted (four fold!). I was still given the original quote. The entire team is beyond TOP NOTCH! They also replaced my valve cover gaskets because they were in pretty bad shape, and they only charged me for the parts. Thank you, thank you! Trust me when I say...Angel is the BMW Master Tech you're looking for...he will take excellent care of your bimmer...and KingKoupe will not gouge you senseless like the dealer will. They honestly went above & beyond...and as an added bonus, they posted photos & video footage of their excellent work on Instagram. The waiting area is a clean and comfortable lounge with entertainment. The cost of the diagnostic inspection was discounted from the quote...and their exceptional work is back by a two year warranty. I got my car fix for 45% less than the quote JJ gave me. This particular shop has prices way higher than the dealership Field BMW. The same problems the car had were going to be fixed for my car for less than $3K. That's a big difference.
