Every time since they have had it and been ready for me because they know I come back. Sebastian is always there and recognizes my car before I even come in. Everyone is very friendly and they make sure to inform me about my car without pushing anything extra on me. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly and they always ask if I have any coupons since I receive emails from them and that is always an appreciated reminder so that I can get the best price possible.

I have a Prius so I understand they can be expensive. But they sealed the bolt on my oil as well, so the next place I tried to take it could not get the cap off without completely breaking it. I took it back to them and I let them know what happened, they changed my oil and said that they make sure my cap is removable this time. A few days later, I start to notice a scratching under my car and I look below and my under carriage is COMPLETELY DRAGGING. SO I bring it in, they are apologetic but said that they fixed it. I should have known.... A few days later, completely dragging again. So I brought it back in today and when I went to show the person that it was dragging again, I noticed it was held together with ZIP TIES! YES, ZIP TIES..... He then proceeded to tell me they "did the best they could". Are you kidding me? You LOST the screws that went to my under carriage, didn't admit your mistake the first time OR the second time, are letting me drive around in danger and are telling me that zip ties are the best you can do?? I have called and emailed their Director of Customer Service, Joe Vincennie and am awaiting a response but this is absolutely unbelievable that a company can be in business after operating this way. I absolutely pray that people use Yelp before considering going to this place.

5 Stars for a great experience at a moment of stress (#flattire)…read more Someone waved my over on the road to let me know that I was driving with a flat tire and upon further inspection, it was clear this tire was not going to get away with a quick patch. Tires Plus was the closest spot with the best reviews on Yelp, so I headed over and I'm so glad I did. Robert was at the counter and immediately made me feel at ease. As a diminutive gal, I'm used to being treated like a gullible idiot at car places. And, to be fair, I am pretty gullible and know nothing about cars. But Robert was really genuine and was leveling with me about pricing and options, not pushing the expensive options. I let him know my partner, who knows more about tires and cars, was on his way and when he arrived, Robert repeated the info he gave me (sometimes the story changes when I bring a dude into a car shop). I really appreciated that he wasn't giving me any bs. In the end, we ended up replacing my 7 year old tires with a full set and they were great at communicating when it was ready for pick-up. I'd highly recommend this spot and hope you get Robert when you go!
