The report was delivered the same day, clocking in at 41 pages with hundreds of clear photos, diagrams, and a well-organized Repair Advisory Summary + Defective Summary that made it easy to understand priorities, safety risks, and next steps. The inspection took about 2 hours and 45 minutes which was 30 minutes longer then the estimated time. After the inspection, John sat down with me and discussed all the items that needed attention and items to watch out for. He explained everything thoroughly.
