Now I will remind you I only had 3 teeth pulled from top so my gums have been healed for years and my wife has had dentures for years so I know the process. But you didn't care that there was so much acrylic or plastic or whatever you used that it was gagging me, making it hard to breathe and impossible to eat with. How was I suppose to get used to them with those kinds of issues? You never bothered looking at the dentures or my mouth, you just simply stopped off like a little kid grabbing my dentures without gloves as you left the room. Very unprofessional. Beware of hidden charges!! You think it's a follow up, and BOOM there's another surgical charge…read morethat is billed higher than an office visit, because it's a "procedure". Oh wait, the Dr wants to see you again in 3 weeks..... BOOM another surgical charge. When office visits are billed differently from surgical procedures, it would have been nice of this office to say that these visits were all surgical. I was expecting $75 worth of office visits and instead wound up with almost $400 in "surgical procedures"! To top it off, I ended up seeing a different Dr at a different facility to have my issue resolved, so all of the money I am sending to Cadillac Surgical is a complete waste. I wouldn't recommend this facility at all until they get their billing practices under control.
