Medical Assistant was extra kind and helpful. The doctor was excellent and I received my online results of my tests before the doctor came in. Fast, dependable, and skilled. It was completely screwed up, and looked like it would exploded. We had multiple emergency appointments and ultimately surgery. On top of this, when we had our appointment for the botched circ, we told them we didnt want to be in the room and the nurse helper woman still tried to make me help with pre procedure things. She also trapped my husband in there for the procedure. The whole thing was a horrible experience and they didnt even do it right. Don't take your kids there unless you want a big disaster to be their first experience with doctors.

There was an obvious mistake between the doctor's prescription and the lab and we were told there was not a problem and that she would just have to get used to it she's in high school doing homework reading on the computer I explain that and yet they still denied an issue anyway I do thank them for a prompt refund other than one person in there the staff has treated us very well I believe they just do not want to acknowledge a problem there's so many optometrist out there locally seems like they would really want to make this right . They stated they would no longer see her as a patient since they got her prescription wrong. If your glasses do not correct your vision problems take them back insist on another exam checking the prescription against the doctors orders Don't tolerate not being able to see after you have paid for a service.
