It's that type of small town pharmacy that you just naturally want to visit (when you have to; I don't expect anyone really likes to be sick or need meds but this is the place you want to go if you need to.). You can get all your basics here, prescriptions filled, and there is a small card/gift area for that sort of thing to. I expect that we will be back on several occasions and that the service always will be great. As you might expect, this place is big on COVID protections, requiring a mask and providing hand sanitizer when you enter. Very conscientious. Gotta like that.

Yesterday (6/4/26) was the worst - we had a 30-minute wait!! When I attempted to call the number for that department, no one answered & the mailbox was full. I call the store and asked to speak to a manager (front-end Manager) and he acted like he could care less. When I told him I was feed up with this location & was switching to Meijers, he basically said you gotta do what you gotta do. Worst Walmart I've ever shopped at.

They don't care much about the employees health and safety. The call in points are a joke for any Walmart. The prices for food can be out right a joke for Walmart altogether. Also they don't support their employees and don't back up their employees. The coaches take more time off and don't care about working. The company in general don't care how each Walmart is being run. They let the coaches and the head person of each Walmart run the store. The prices are jack up and don't care at all. This is not a place to work or shop at. Don't go work or shop there. Even when you try to get anywhere with the company you get back track and don't care what happens to you.

Prior to that, there was a prescription for Lasix and two other meds. No call back. No text. Even though they have my contact number. The pharmacy manager (Cochrane) is rude and doesn't manage his department very effectively. But, Walgreen's will probably keep him around. I am now having all of my meds filled at another pharmacy along with meds for all members of my household. Angry as hell!! If a half-star rating were possible, I'd use one.

(Munson system had that as "our" pharmacy because my wife had been hospitalized. Arg!) After I came back twice and called the doctor's office to find out why no prescription, the pharmacist called the doctor's office and waited on hold -- they were about to close for the weekend -- so she could take the prescription over the phone. Since the other pharmacy had already filled the prescription, she then had to call them and get them to reverse it. She went WAY above and beyond to see that my wife had had her medicine over the weekend. And our cost was $4.67. She spent all that time for no money. That is real customer service.

The most frustrating part which I have yet to happen to me thankfully is 3 people that I know have gotten the wrong medication dose from you guys. Whoever is filling scripts needs to make sure they're filling the right dose. A 16 year old family friend received a 2.5mg dose of their BP medication instead of a 25mg dose like they're supposed to. They only noticed cause he started having headaches really bad and thought to double check his meds. Another friend of mine just infor.ed me that they were given 3x their normal strength of seroquil. Another friend of mine weren't able to get their scripts when they were supposed to because of a wrong input and also sent her with a wrong dose of medication for one of the people she takes care of. If they wouldn't have noticed, they would have given their resident a much higher dose than they should have. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! One of these times you guys are going to end up killing someone because of your ignorance. This is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. Do better. I'm definitely going to be looking at switching to hometown so my health isn't put in jeopardy too due to incompetence. I hope if anything happens to anyone due to all these errors, that they hold the pharmacy responsible. I understand human error and mistakes happen, but they should not be happening like this that often. Everyone who works there is more than kind but that dies make up for incompetence
