I tell them the test I need done and they were confused so they call the manager of the company I am going to work for. The manager walks them through what they need, emails a test order in and should be good to go. After a few weeks I don't hear anything and my employer has not gotten any results. Upon calling Wellnow I find out the sent my test results and info to the wrong place (HIPAA violation) Not only did they send it to the wrong place, they had ordered the wrong test so I couldn't just get the results and send them to my employer. Beware of hidden charges!! You think it's a follow up, and BOOM there's another surgical charge…read morethat is billed higher than an office visit, because it's a "procedure". Oh wait, the Dr wants to see you again in 3 weeks..... BOOM another surgical charge. When office visits are billed differently from surgical procedures, it would have been nice of this office to say that these visits were all surgical. I was expecting $75 worth of office visits and instead wound up with almost $400 in "surgical procedures"! To top it off, I ended up seeing a different Dr at a different facility to have my issue resolved, so all of the money I am sending to Cadillac Surgical is a complete waste. I wouldn't recommend this facility at all until they get their billing practices under control.
