She's not reactive, she has great recall, she makes friends, I can have people over, she listens to commands, and she's so easy to walk. I took her into the vet this week and they removed the 'bite risk' warning from her file, they said it's like a completely different dog. She's not anxious or fearful. She's confident, playful, and so happy. All of this was because of training with John. He is patient, gentle, and kind. I can't put into words how grateful I am that we found him. I signed up for group classes but we were the only ones registered so it ended up being a one-on-one. I would totally recommend it!! Rebecca is the trainer at Spring Valley. She was so patient and explained everything very well. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I can tell Dixie looked forward to going to her class every Thursday because she would get excited once we were close to the building. Rebecca was also flexible with rescheduling due to our life issues. On her last class Dixie received her certificate and a bag full of goodies. I can see a huge improvement in Dixie's behavior!!
