We want to say thank you to Magnolia Tree Service in Hartsville TN. We recently found ourselves in…read morean ice storm like most of the rest of middle Tennessee. We were not prepared. Trees started exploding and falling from the frigid low tempatures. We lost electricity for 5 days. All of the companies we called were overwhelmed by the storm and said they could not make it us. There were downed trees blocking the way. We started to loose hope when the temperature went to near 4 degrees during all of this; a water pipe under our home had burst resulting in no water to our home. We called one last time for help and made contact with Magnolia Tree services who had helped us a few years back. They were able to make a path to us and bring us life saving firewood through the massive ice storm, downed trees and dangerous icy terrain. Two of their team members even came back the next day and fixed our water pipes. They also cleared trees and debris to give us access out of here and provided aid to our neighbors who are elderly. Thank you so much Carly, Clayton and Luke ( also the rest of the team who have went above & beyond). We believe you saved our lives.
