Our beautiful large tree in the front yard was taken out and hit our home during a bad storm. Jones Tree Care was not only Professional but also caring and understanding on the phone. My husband got in touch with Peter to have two trees removed from our yard. We were on a waitlist with another company and fortunately Peter had time in his schedule to help us get rid of the problem trees. One tree was infested with bugs, and Peter took time to explain the situation and help ease my fears about removing the tree. I have a tree that I wanted to have some limbs trimmed from, but was concerned about the tree's general health. He even had to bring in some special equipment but the job got done promptly and with no problems. Peter was very helpful; and though Hermitage is outside of his usual area of service, he came to us on a Saturday to look at our trees and came back the next day to do the work. If you have pesky Bradford Pears and you let them grow, without proper maintenance, they're gonna split, break and fall over, guaranteed. Such was the case in our front yard. I would have cut them down myself but this was one of those jobs that required bringing in the pros with the right equipment. Out of 5 tree services called, only two responded in a timely fashion and the first was Peter Jones. He's a busy guy...running a crew and bidding jobs. What I appreciated about Peter was his expertise (certified arborist), he's East Nashville based and his one and done price. Here's what needs to be done, here's how we'll do it and here's what it will cost and we'll be there at 8:30 AM on Monday. They were on time, Peter supervised getting one tree off of our house damage free, and his capable crew took down the other tree, ran it all into the chipper, cleaned up and hauled it off. They were done in 2 hours and on to the next job. These guys are pros, knowledgable and friendly. First and only call I'll make in the future. read more

We used Jones Tree Care to remove a dying tree from our property, as well as to trim a few spots hanging over our garage. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and seemed extremely knowledgable.
