That price includes synthetic oil and filter. Now for the bad: * Did not check my oil level before emptying the oil. Was I a quart low? I'll never know because they didn't even bother checking. This is a service I've come to experience at EVERY other oil changing place I've ever been to. * Did not t check any other fluid levels - They also didn't bother checking my washer fluid level, my transmission fluid level, etc. Again .. something EVERY other place I've ever gone to. * Did not check tire pressures - again something EVERY other place I've gone to does without asking. * Didn't check my air filter - see a pattern here? Again .. something EVERY other place I've gone to does. Soooo .. if you just want your oil changed, this place will do it cheap.
