Because of the lousy reviews, I was afraid to call James, but they were the only tow service to answer the phone at 8pm on Sunday. It took a while for the man to get there, but he was great. When a wheel falls off, you can't just drag your car up on the tow truck, you'll cause a lot more damage if you don't know what you're doing. Ricky knew what he was about, and was determined to do it right, in the dark, in a biting cold wind. He was just as careful getting the car off the tow truck after the 75-mile drive, once again crawling around to do the job right--in the cold, at midnight. I give this company top marks for answering the call, showing up, and doing the job right.
