Burgundy might be great for some women, but not for me, I have a very conservative look. As soon as I was able, I had Darci correct the horrible dye job so I could look and feel like myself again. After that mess with the other "stylist", I began seeing Darci for all my haircuts. Darci does an amazing job with my thick, naturally curly, red hair, she even gives me great styling tricks to make taming my unruly mane quick and easy. Darci moved to a salon a bit farther from us and a few months back my boyfriend made the mistake of going to some barber who butchered his hair giving him the worst hair cut I have ever seen. I was horrified and promptly scheduled an emergency appointment with Darci to try and fix it before an event the next night. Let me tell you, Darci performed a miracle on that hack job and although it took two cuts for it to grow out, Darci did an amazing job making him look presentable again. He will never make the mistake of going to anyone else and now we make the short trip to Auburn every few weeks to get the best cut for my mans great hair. Not being familiar with the area or knowing anyone, I looked on YELP and I found my stylist forever! Darci is AMAZING! She was able to match my hair color perfectly as if I had gone to her for years. The cut was stylish and she takes time to listen to what you want (something most hairsylists fail to do once they have their scissors in hand). She acknowledged the issue and agreed to repay in weekly installments. Unfortunately, those payments were inconsistent, and only a few were made. Recently, received a message stating that no further payments would be made unless I removed my original review. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and manipulative, especially coming from someone in the beauty industry who is trusted by clients. We haven't heard from her in two months since the text message was sent. It is now over nine months since this incident occurred and has not been resolved. As of today, I am still owed money. I believe it is unacceptable for any stylist to use intimidation to silence honest feedback rather than making things right. Furthermore, I question why the salon owner continues to allow someone with such unethical practices to operate under their roof. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. Clients deserve integrity and accountability--this experience has been deeply disappointing.

I have photos of her hair in the past, but this time her curls did not even last 15 minutes I picked her up got home and half of her curls were gone. Have a video of the time stamped on my phone. I think if you're paying for a service, your hair should at least last more than 15 minutes.
