The dental team, Dr. Taylor and a PA, did their best to get my problem resolved, spent quite a bit of time with me setting up my status for a new, registered patient (Full X-rays and history). Their concern for my comfort was exceptional and unexpected - this practice is NOT like most dental practices that I've been to. I also noted that the entire staff, reception, billing, scheduling, assistant and the DMD herself were all smiling and, it seemed, happy to be working there and so welcoming to a new face. I'm sold. The chairs are beyond comfortable, offering built-in massagers and heat warmers--perfect for a relaxing touch! For the colder months, they even have cozy throw blankets, which truly made the experience feel luxurious. One of my favorite details is the open windows in the treatment rooms. This high level of service and concern carries through the rest of the office in every step of the process. Inarguably dental needs for mo st people are among our highest anxiety causing medical procedures. Comprehensive's staff Doctors including Elizabeth Rojas and Andrew Martin and assistants, Trey Ford to name one, are acutely aware and sensitive to this and offer constant reassurance and updates as to what they are doing and timing in the current process. While dental work is costly the expense at Comprehensive is offset by, as is included in their office's name, the provision of comprehensive services, making costly and time consuming referrals unnecessary. I must admit that the extent of procedures currently planned are the result of 30 years of neglect on my part but knowing that all of the work will be carried out by one staff in one location make the experience easier. (He found a very small particle that had worked itself between my nerve and my tooth, and by utilizing air pressure and careful probing, he dislodged the particle. Dr. Matilsky is very meticulous and careful when deciding upon a diagnosis and a course of action. He is conservative and will only drill, or begin treatment that is invasive when it is necessary. I drive a very long distance in order to obtain Dr. Matilsky's services, and he is a true professional in every aspect. In addition, the office staff, led by Debbie Matilsky is very professional and very accommodating, with the long term health of your entire person taken into account. He is very respected by his peers (from one referral he helped me with) and I would highly recommend him without reservation.

A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well.
