We didn't realize until we received the email in the attached photo, which was sent CC'ing us by accident, that they were likely just waiting for us to give up and take our business elsewhere. We do not have a difficult tax situation in any way and we make decent income. Therefore, by "being choosier of their clients", they aren't referring to our actual case being complicated or not making enough profit from us, but likely something related to our marriage status, our professions, or something else personal. I had all of my taxes amended that were done here and ended up getting over 3-5k back on the amended taxes. I had friends going her that paid over $1000 for the services here and paying the IRS 15k a year to going to another service, paying 400 dollars and getting back 20k from the IRS. It blows my mind that a tax person and their knowledge can be so different. I now pay a tax professional 200 dollars a year and always get back 7k+. That is a net return of over 6k.
